I bought this samsung plasma tv from radionics, kalpetta, wayanad two years back on[protected] at a cost of rs 34000/- and it stopped working after two years. The technician from the samsung authorised service centre after examining it said that one of the boards should be replaced and i advanced an amount of rs 7924/-. They returned the tv serviced after two months but it worked only for five minutes and then it went off. They took it back the following day and informed me that its panel is also defective and i had to pay an amount of rs 13000/- to replace it. I was not ready to pay 21000 as service charges for a tv costing 34000, while i can get a brand new tv in the market for that amount. So i sent a complaint to the company and a person from ghaziabad called me.After some negotiations they agreed to make arrangements for the refund of the service charges within one week. Now one month has passed and i neither got the tv serviced nor got the money refunded.
I feel that i have given them sufficient time for the refund of the service charges. Now i want an immediate refund of the charges i paid to them.
