Resolved by samsung saying motherboard and led changed
Extended warranty sold to me by service centre
Date 2nd time for complaint-30.06.2016 (within 10 days of 1st repair)
Unresolved - service centre refused warranty blaming me of physical damage of the screen and repairable by paying 7000/-
My complaint - i was handed over a damaged phone in somehow working condition on 20.06.2016 by the service centre as the phone constantly gave me a problem and eventually died on 30.06.2016.
Efforts taken - email to samsung cs team through samsung website, posted on fb.
Samsung response - a not so gentleman mr. vijay kumar (most rude costumer response guy i have ever encountered) called up and made it a point to prove that the i had made the biggest mistake in my life buying this phone, he went to the extent of accusing me of being a false man and that i am wasting there time, repeatedly asking for escalating the issue with higher up and constant reminders as usual the very busy guy mr. mudit singh sr. executive customer experience (i dont know how you name such fancy departments) emails a final no to my expectations and a sweet sorry for the inconvenience. the best part he hoped i loved to enjoy samsung phone :-) Was this information helpful? |
