1. 30th june 2018: payment made at your store at croma, phoenix market city for purchase of samsung 462lts refrigerator
2. 1st july: refrigerator delivered at our apartment
3. 4th july: installed by samsung
4. 9th july: complaint registered with samsung helpline regarding lot of water collecting inside the refrigerator
5. Several followups on phone but no seriousness from samsung
6. 17th july: service engineer assigned against service request [protected]
7. 18th july: technician visited and checked and was surprised at the extent of water inside the refrigerator
8. No resolution of our problem and another week passes by. Several calls to samsung with no seriousness again
9. 21st july: visited croma store at phoenix market city. Service order bof210718fs00443, transaction no [protected] assigned by mr. Shivaji. This is appearing as completed without resolution of the problem! How!!
10. 27th july: technician assigned again by samsung with a new service request [protected]. We do not know what happened to the first service request [protected]
11. Several followups after that due to the complaint was still unresolved!
12. 8th aug: visited croma store at phoenix market city and met up with mr. Shivaji and mr. Mohit shukla. Mr. Mohit shukla, asm of the store assured us that he would personally followup and ensure that the refrigerator is replaced by samsung. Service order bof080818fs00584, transaction no [protected] assigned by mr. Shivaji. This appears as work in progress in your records as on date
13. 9th aug: engineer assigned again by samsung with a new service request [protected]. We do not know what happened to the first two service requests
14. There was no call from mr. Mohit shukla and no one from samsung gave us any updates. The problem continues and now we can hear water dripping inside the refrigerator!!
15. 19th aug: we made a final visit to the croma phoenix market city store and met up with the store manager ms. Harsha chaurasia to advise her of the above harassment by samsung. We told ms harsha that we want our refrigerator to be replaced immediately or the money refunded so that we could buy an alternative brand of refrigerator.
