Samsung India — samsung refrigerator 640l frost free

Dear sir/madam

This is to inform that we had purchased samsung frost free refrigerator 604L RS55K50A02C (0S8N) on march 11th 2019 we are not satisfied with the product as it stopped working after 3 months of purchase we logged a complaint on 27th june 2019and a service request number [protected] the resolving time took more than a week they changed the board again the fridge is stopped working from 28th july and the service request number is [protected].
This is so pathetic after paying such a huge amount the product is not stable as we are doctors and our medicines got spoilt due to unstability now again samsung technical team say the parts have gone need to replace.

This product is so worst changing all the parts

As per samsung service engineer the parts have gone faulty again pc and compressor is gone bad is this the product within 4 months all the parts getting changed i i dont need this product i want a replacement at the earliest please help me.
