Dear sir/madam This is to inform that we had purchased samsung frost free refrigerator 604L RS55K50A02C (0S8N) on march 11th 2019 we are not satisfied with the product as it stopped working after 3 months of purchase we logged a complaint on 27th june 2019and a service request number [protected] the resolving time took more than a week they changed the board again the fridge is stopped working from 28th july and the service request number is [protected]. This is so pathetic after paying such a huge amount the product is not stable as we are doctors and our medicines got spoilt due to unstability now again samsung technical team say the parts have gone need to replace.
