[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung refrigerator | |||
I had purchased one samsung refrigerator in the year of april 2012. Since day of purchase i had faced numerous problems and repairs were done by the samsung service center personnels. I have been asking them for replacement as those problems caused me lot of inconvenience and every time they are assuring me this repair that repair will resolve the issues. Since the day of purchase i must have called and paid the various charges to the service center people may be more than 15 times. All are telling us that it's failed model from samsung and the the model was withdrawn from sales long back. Now my patience has run out as last week as the compressor failed and it's an expensive unit and out warranty. After this extensive repair and in-service failures i strongly claim samsung india should take the product quality failure responsibility and provide me a suitable solution. Please advise.
