[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung refrigerator | |||
Hello, i am sajid aglodiya from gujrat. Very worst service ever i have seen, before 3 years i have brought fridge and before 3 days i face cooling issue and samsung sent its person for checking and he said nothing but gas problem is here and he said within 24 hours person will come and he will make the system proper, After 24 hours i have called to samsung and again they said within 48 hours person will come and make your fridge proper, now already 48 hours has been passed and still nobody has come to repair the fridge, i was supposed to purchase samsung washing machine also but due to the present service provided by you i changed my mind not to purchased only on bases on your service. Just now i had talk with them and thay said we will check tomorrow. Was this information helpful? | |||
