We had bought a samsung double door refrigerator, with 10years warranty, by trusting the brand name "samsung".
Unfortunately we didn't know the customer service of your company is poorest to this level.
During this festival occasion our samsung refrigerator, stopped working. Initially i lodged a complaint on 24th of september, and the mechanic from your service centre came and said that there was problem in the cooling, and the relay is not working, and then he came back the other day and changed the relay. But the refrigerator still didn't work. Then again i called him up and he said that the compressor is not working
(We r having 10years warranty on the compressor). Now again 2days have passed and this we have not recieved any proper help from your service centre provider. They are now complaining that we don't have any compressor for such a large refrigerator and they have to bring it from delhi or some where else. Recently i have been updated that our refrigerator may not even have 10yrs warranty. So who has stickered the same over it.
As this is a festive season we are facing a lot of inconvenience regarding this issue, and we are really shocked and sad about the response of samsung care.
To let you know, the refrigerator is an almirah type one and 5yrs back it had been of rs 80000 around. As a genuine buyer i am very irritated right now with samsung.
Help me out from this situation, and let my hopes still on your brand.
