This is to inform you that i had purchase i new samsung refrigerator in last months and after one months my refrigerator is not getting start and i was logged the complained for same but still engineer is not visited and we are trying to contact with engineer but unable to contact as par your given engineer mobile,

I am request you to please help me and send engineer below mentioned address.
