[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung refrigerator manufacturing defect (product replacement or refund) problem | |||||
I bought samsung single door refrigerator on 21-April-2016. It was manufacturing defect with cooling problem. one week later we identified there was problem with cooling and the same informed to service center. They fixed the problem at the moment. Post fixed 5 days later the problem has been repeated and next time service center pickup the refrigerator and they were saying to replace or refund the money as soon as possible. It has been completed more than 15 days to take away the refrigerator and till I have n't recieved any refund or replacement. The Service center people saying to contact samsung call center and the call center people are saying to contact service center . Because of this I am facing lot of problems and frustrated. Please help me to resolve the issue.
