[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung refrigerator - rt34dvms1/xtl | |||
I had come across service issues with my refrigerator for excess cooling and creating problems on consistence cooling and for the same i had requested samsung team to service the product. I happen to understand from the service engineer that the spare part for this refrigerator has been discontinued and its not serviceable. I bought this refrigerator for around 30k and now seems to be waste box with serving its purpose. I bought samsung product thinking of its brand name and after sales support for years. I need support from samsung on servicing the product or replace my fridge with similar product which has support on after sales service. Was this information helpful? | |||
