1. I purchased a samsung refrigerator - rt42k5558s9 from reliance retail limited, kpct, fatimanagar, pune for rs 48000.00, which was delivered to my home on 12 june 2016.
2. The serial no. Of the refrigerator is 0dvb4dah300136, and the sales order no. Is [protected].
3. This refrigerator is not functioning properly, with excessive accumulation of frost and ice within the main fridge section leading to spoilage of cooked food, vegetables and fruits.
4. Despite repeated complaints since 09 august 2016 lodged by my wife and me on telephone (5 times) and email (3 times), the overall response from samsung support staff has been extremely poor. Only twice have the technical support staff have visited. During the second visit on 18 august 2016, the technician attempted some repair work, but the original defect remains.
4. We feel cheated and it seems that after paying such an amount and the fridge being in warranty, samsung india is dragging its feet and trying find reasons to delay
5. We have asked (A) samsung technician who visited us on 18 august 2016, and (B) customer care on telephone as well as by email - to replace the defective refrigerator immediately.
6. Samsung india is yet to reply, while this defective refrigerator continues cause damage to food products stored in it as well as unnecessary harassment to our daily life.

Samsung India has not provided any solution, and there response is extremely ambiguous.

5. We are waiting for the refund / replacement of the defective refrigerator supplied to us by Samsung AT THE EARLIEST.
6. You are advised to initiate immediate steps for the collection of THE WARRANTY CARD PHOTOCOPY.
