I had purchased the captioned referigator from lulu connect, edappally vide bill dtd 12/01/2016. Within one year of the purchase, the painting in the door became damaged and i was able to replace the door after complaining and waiting for some time/. My captioned fridge cease to stop working in saturday night and since the next day was sunday, ihad reported the matter on monday and it was acknowledged vide their communication at 8.45 am on the same day. The complaint no was [protected] and the mechanic contacted me and i had given full datails of my flat no s-94, federal gardens, pulinchode, aluva, ernakulam dist. Kerala-683101 which lies parallel to the national high way and he had informed me he will come soon.. Due to some technical problems, my mobile became non functional by the time and when i got it right. I contacted the mechanic around 6. Pm on the same day, he told me that since i had not answered his call in the evening, he could not attend the complaint and he will do the same next day. Since, he has not reached next day, i have contacted him once again and he told me that the service call is cancelled and i have to register once again. On registering the complaint once again, it was ack nowledged vide no [protected] at 11
43 am and i had received an intimation at 1.26pm that one mr. Lassar, mob no [protected] is assigned with the job. When i had contacted him, he told me that he has no intimation from the service centre for my job. On wednedsay also i was in the flat waiting for the mechanic, nobody had turned up and i had reported the matter to [protected] two three times and i was assured that mechanic will attend the complaint today itself and they have advised the service centre suitably. Then i have started calling up the local service centre in [protected] and i have got their assurance also. I has contacted the no 4 times yesterday, the last being at arounf 6.00pm and i was informed that technican will surely come to my residence as their working hours is up to 8.00pm. Nobody has turned up till time and it is the worst after sales service i have met in my life. My fellow residence also have so many worst experience in sservice of samsung products in the recent time which will affect your product sale in the coming days, please entrust the service in charge position to a suitable person in your ernakulam service room as the present person is not worthy of holding the position.
