[Resolved]  Samsung India — Samsung replacing screen and motherboard with duplicate /refurbished parts in warranty period

Dear ms. Yadav,

Once again a very laughable reply from samsung.

After a month of continuous follow-up, emails and calls. How many times i have to repeat that the damage is done by samsung service center, borivali. Even when you had conference call with samsung service borivali branch, she confirmed and you told her to hang up the phone.

Even mr. Umar khan (Samsung representative) has confirmed that the damage is due to faulty fitting from you end.

Madam, that means your samsung service center supplies duplicate parts or refurbished parts. When i purchased your so called premium handset i didn’t knew that it is of a very cheap quality. Within one month of the use there is a display problem, apparently covered in warranty and replace by a duplicate or refurbished part. Within 6 months motherboard has been replaced in so called warranty, again a duplicate or refurbished part.

“our products pass through rigorous quality checks which are globally recognized; therefore, samsung products stand out as best as compared to other products in the same category.” it’s just a marketing stunt, as your samsung note 7 failed, i don’t expect much of so called endurance test of samsung edge s7. You dismantled my handset twice, you replace it with duplicate parts, and also the fitting of handset is not done properly.

Even after a confirmation from mr. Umar khan (Samsung goregaon branch), i am amaze to read that my handset damage doesn’t covers under warranty.

You said you will resolve the problem amicably with the best solution to your customer!!! Is this the best solution???

Madam, please forward me samsung head office contact details to file a case against samsung. I have gathered all the proofs and recording of mr. Umar khan want to submit the samsung head office.
