Dear whomsover,
I want to complaint against samsung service centre thane talaopali branch.
Day before yesterday i visited the store. I went for activation of screen mirroring and software update and usb connector issue. They misguided about screen mirroring activation,
Before taking my new cell A7 2016 i visited to service centre asking about screen mirroring, one of the service cenyre person was u can activate. Because of this information a buyed this cell. Day before yesterday floor manager parag, was u cant, i shared about his service man, he was straight i cant do anything and he has left his job, so i dont know and i dont care, this was his word. He wasrude arogant, no sense of talking to customer.the floor manager was wery worst inservice and behaviour.
Ihave lots of complaint against him.
1. I also went for software update and usb firstly he said by 7 u will get, den after incident next day morng den after 7 evng.
He was trying to make me fool.
2. Service man who was handlimg my case, askd me have u backup ur data, i was yes but will u backup my contact, der is no wifi service for d costumer, parag (store manager) said to that person leave, why ur worried about backup, its her issue., dis is d way u provide costumer service.
3. Regarding tablet i havent extended my warrenty, i said him still he was i dnt know u have to bring letter from d stroe, i said bt i dnt know wer it happened atleast provide me details he is no no u have to, den one lady was ok willdo. Who gaved rights to parag to talk to a costumer in such maner.
4. Regarding my old cell, i went for software update dey said on ur own risk u have to sign a form it might get dead. I said ok. Den dey said me der is also mother board issue, i said leave. I said nly software update, dey havnt tokd my cell.
5. My a7 cell usb issue they kept my cell for a day more den dat. After coming home wen i attached my handsfree, unable to connect, so wat dey did woth my cell and wat dey changed.
Is dis d way to harrase a customer.
Do i have nly work to visit der.
Nly bcs of such people customer looses der temper and abuse.

Pls my request to look into it.
Really worst manager ever.

I had raised a request [protected] for servicing my samsung invertor ac on 05 May. It was assured by samsung service center that the servicing will be done by 06th. When i enquired again on 06th, they assured that the servicing will be done on 7th. When i enquired again on 7th it was informed that my req is cancelled and raised another [protected]

    I had made the payment of rupees 16500/- for a mobile phone at a samsung outlet at gip mall noida. Though the color of mobile was not of my choice i refused to take it.. So the executive on the counter had void the above payment at the same time.

    Today is 11 may but the above payment still not credited bàck in my account. I had also made written complaints to samsung customer care many times but still there is no resolution.

    The customer care at ceo desk calls me every day by giving fake statements and disturbs me every day by calling and writing nails but there is no solution to the complaint.
    Kindly look into the matter.

      I have purchased samsung j7 prime on 2may and the device is not working. It's process system is not working and the device is getting heated also.. Phone is also getting hang..in just 9 days it's not working want kind of phone this company is selling.

      Am i made a mistake my trusting samsung brand.. Because earlier also i have faced same issue with samsung brand still i purchased this new samsung j7 prime... I think company is making fool to people...

        I want to register this as a grievance since all my earlier requests and complaints were conveniently ignored by both dealer as well as samsung service person. I purchased the LED television (attached invoice) in Sep2014 with 2 years of warranty. After an year completed, black patches started appearing on display and it became prominent with time. I contacted dealer and they did not help saying I need to contact Samsung service. When I contacted Samsung service, they sent me back to dealer saying that warranty was provided by dealer. I realized that you can't rely on warranty offered while buying the product. I forced for a technician visit by paying visiting charge and technician was not at all sure about the cause of issue. He also could not tell anything how could I prevent it to increase. He simply asked me to change the display screen by paying Rs 22000. I am really really disappointing and sad with experience I had with Samsung service. After investing so much in a costly product, I could use it for an year and half without issue. Such products are not to be used only for few years. So I am not sure what should I do with such terrible experience I had with Samsung product and service. The issue is kept increasing and I don't have a solution to prevent it to increase. After some time my whole TV screen is going to be black, is that the quality of Samsung products?

            Prompt services
            34c, "revathy" eagle compound, court road, nagercoil - 629001.
            The above mentioned organization, if authorized for samsung a/c repair, you may proceed further.
            My home split a/c was not working properly (Automatically getting off after sometime, not running continuously).
            As per my request technician reported and checked on 10th april 2017 and told main board in the in-door unit problem for rectification cost will be rs.3, 500/
            Asked to pay advance 2000/ so paid cash and got receipt (132).
            On 15th april brought and fitted the main board. Paid the balance rs.1, 500/, paid cash and got receipt (143).
            Still the same defect remained.
            I made many phone calls to mr. Suresh and technician mr. Praveen.
            No proper response daily 3 to 4 times called (Both) after 9 days mr. Suresh responded my call
            I asked simple question i have spent rs.3, 500/ no improvement “what to do further”
            He told stabilizer has to be changed.
            I did not agree, then they replaced new stabilizer on 19th april 2017.
            Again the same defect remained.
            So i called and informed to mr. Suresh and technician mr. Praveen.
            No proper response daily 3 to 4 times tried (Both) today morning went and asked "paid rs.3500/
            No result
            Then both came and checked the out door unit after found the capacitor for compressor and fan was in very bad condition (Photos attached)
            Today 10th may 2017. They replaced the 2 capacitor and charged the a/c gas for this charged rs.3, 000/ paid cash and got receipt (175).
            10th april started 10th may finished.
            One month i suffered by their improper diogonising
            Spent totally rs.6, 500/
            It clearly shows all these proplems arised due to failed capacitors.
            Why should we prefer authorized service centers and to pay unnecessary expenses and suffer for a month.
            Like these organizations will spoil the product name.
            How can i buy samsung product in future?
            What will be the compensation for my losses (Money, energy & effort?)

              Sir I ([protected]) purchased a refrigerator from your reliance digital store Gwalior. Very next day I found that refrigerator is not working properly, so I contacted to customer care for this problem but did not get satisfactory reply.I told them that it is a manufacturer defect so replace it with new one but they refused to do so and said that we will repair but I don't want to repaired refrigerator because I paid for new one why I accept that i[censored] will nt take action then I will choose consumer court

                  I have purchased Galaxy Grand Prime at Rs.11999 but after one month the issue regarding battery performance. My headset is of 8 GB but system needs to run 2.5 GB, after availability of proper space my phone does not work properly and hanging off.
                  When i just connect to Wi-fi in first 10 minutes it is get hangeed and i have to restart it again and again. In a single day i have to restart my home 5-6 time daily.
                  In 7-8 months the barttry got damaged.

                    I bought a Samsung Galaxy A8 SM-A8001ZDEINS on[protected] for an amount of Rs.29, 490, which might be just peanuts for you, but a substantial sum that put a hole in my pocket, thanks to me being from a middle-class family. On[protected], 8 days after the 12 month warranty period, the mobile's display screen shows discoloration (a purple red hue) that starts on one corner and spreads to the entire display screen in less than 48 hours. Panic stricken, I rush to the nearest samsung service centre, to get the well-rehearsed answer that my warranty period is over, and I have to pay 9000 rupees to get the display changed. I approach many other service outlets to get similar answers. 9000 rupees is too huge an amount for me, for a product that I chose mainly because, it claimed trouble free usage for a minimum of 5 years.

                    I had made the purchase when samsung was facing a lot of legal issues on another product because of a quality compromise. I had the feeling that legal trouble has brought some sense into the company to provide us with quality product. I am taken aback by the audacity you display in compromising with your products in spite of the persistent quality issues the company faces from time to time.

                    I am taking the complaint to the district consumer court, Ernakulam for grievance redressal, and for compensation for the physical and mental agony you caused me, pressurizing me to run from pillar to post trying to implement my right to be heard. And this is the last attempt I make before I go ahead with legal measures, since legal measures are cumbersome and trying for me as well.

                    I request you to look into the matter with compassion, and replace my old gadget with a reliable one, and save us both the trouble. I will provide ample evidence to you, on demand, of the phone conversations and the online chat snapshots, where your customer service representatives, claim ignorance and refuse to help.

                      We are facing cooling problem (Not at all cooling) from sept'16. Registered complaint ample of tym. Executive came, resolve my problem temporarily. But again after every 10-15 days same problem arise. Two times thay hv taken refrigerator to service centre. But they are unable to get permanent solution. Request you to kindly replace my refrigerator asap.

                        There is a pink line on my Galaxy S7 Edge display.

                        It is a generic issue and a free replacement must be provided. Unfortunately due to some family problem I wasnt able to contact Samsung service on time and I purchased the device on 15th April 2016.

                        Now they are refusing to repair the smartphone. If this would have been issue with only my S7 Edge I wouldn't complain, but as the issue is existing in a very high percentage of same smartphone across the world it can be easily recognised as a sale of defective goods with inferior quality.

                        To support my claim I provide the following link where Samsung has apparently confessed about knowing this issue exists on various S7 edge.

                        Exactly, even I was searching for, someone who is facing this problem.. even mine has a pink line, in the exact same spot. I was told I would be charged 16k to replace it. A new phone cost that much..

                        Mine also has the same problem and when searching on the internet it seems to be a common problem, i thought i was the only one unlucky...my has never dropped or have any physical defects...i always use samsung certified covers for my phone...i will file case and will fight till the issue is not solved...please contact me asap

                        Let me know about it too.. I replaced my display at a original Samsung care and after 5 months after replacement the pink line shows up.. they gave me a defective display I suppose which is totally wrong and I would like to fight for it too
                        No use of Providing information to Samsung care, all they do is ask you to go to the service centre and submit your phone
                        and tell u to pay and get the phone repaired .. THIS SUCKS ive already paid for the display change and now they say that samsung has nothing to do with that .
                        Worst help ever, not everyone can afford chaning the display twice can they ? and u guys are of no help .

                        hi am from coimbatore. i too have the same pink line in same place. so y do samsung should sell defective mobiles in india. i need a proper response and replace my mobile with new one without defective . r else i wil put a case against the samsung company . with more s7 edge customers who as the same problem in their mobile. please respond to my complaint as soon as possible. will spoil the ur brand name in all the media and web.

                          I, rai pradeep narain purchased a refrigerator from reliance digital, ranchi. From last two weeks my refrigerator was not cooling property. So i made a complaint and an engineer took a visit and said that the problem is from compressor. So i was asked to refill the gas because the compressor is blocked by the gas. And i am having ten years warranty on the compressor. My compressor is not empty yet. Then also i have to refill it and that will be chargeable for me. If my compressor is not empty yet so why should i pay for it. Samsung claiming ten years warranty on the compressor so what is that for. I am very upset with this type of fake promises made by samsung. So i just want to say either you give me proper service or else i'll take a strict legal action regarding it.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,
                            I have purchased this Samsung Mobile Galaxy A5 2016 Edition on 15/06/2016 and day before yesterday It suddenly got bursted like, with a low sound and fell off, and the complete device was extremely in heated condition that for a moment we scared and remained away from that mobile. After couple of minutes later with caution we took the phone in our hand and noticed that the mobile device is still in heat condition and screen damaged may be due mobile felloff from bursting and heating or due to bursting. After converying the all information as it is to the customer care, they suggested us to take the handset to the nearest service centre at Jodhpur (80 kms from our place). When we took the handset on yesterday at authorised service centre they told us to create the job work. After creating the job work we came to knowledge that our product has been categorised as out of warranty and repair and damages charges were imposed on us in the job work. I dont know why, why should I get this mobile repaired when its not our fault. Why should I pay the damage costs which incurred not on our fault. This is a manufacturing defect, which I came to know that particular this and A7 handset is goin through in numerous handsets. Why should we get our lives at risked with the repaired mobile and why should we being charged for damaged when it occured mainly due to the reason of Heating & bursting or any one. So at that moment we have decided to cancel the job and withrdrwan our mobile handset from service centre and decided to go legally. From this forum I want to convey the message that either company initiate step towards best resolution of our concern or else I have the only option residing with us is legal consequences. Further I have been informed that my warranty is going to expire on 15/06/2017 midnight so I will not only be at risk of losing warranty period but also our privileged rights for claim under warranty will be waived off.
                            Being a multinational company, I request your Goodself (Samsung India) to consider the facts and geuninity and under what circumstances this has happened and why it happened. Please uunderstand the issue after considering the Fact that thers is really an issue with device and its battery due to which not only we were at risk but our mobile also got damaged (it could have been worse if something really bad happened at that time to someones live) .
                            My request is limited to replacement of this device. Else exchange us another device in case of Discontinuancy.
                            I will heartly welcome the communication and positve response towards this.

                            Received The Refund amount. Dear friends please dont hesitate for fighting for ur consumer rights. It will take time but genuine complaint and greivences based on true facts shall be resolved a day later or a year later. In my case also It took a time, but atlast resolution came us in our favour. Delay in service is still the issue to consider by the companies.

                              My complaint is about refrigerator

                              We complained about our refrigerator to samsung service center versatile electronics, d. No 15-11-14, satya prasanna nagar, near rotary blood bank, kalpana junction, kakinada 1 month ago then they given a call number [protected]. But after that there is no response from them and again when we contact them another call number [protected]. After that a person is sent and after checking that product he said the compressor was failed to work and they said when they got the compressor they will fix it on the spot. Again when we contact them they said said they got the compressor and fix it as soon as possible. They are saying this from about 2 weeks ago. But till the date there is no response from them and we are facing lot of inconvenience.

                                We had purchased a Samsung Refrigerator having twin cooling technology, on[protected], from Chroma Store, which was delivered and Installed on[protected]. The Refrigerator worked well untill 2 days back when suddenly its on door display panel freezed on a single value and is giving a blinking display. Somehow this is also linked to the cooling of the complete refrigerator and its not cooling properly now.
                                We had made the complaint regarding the same yesterday i.e 9-5-2017 and today i.e[protected] we had a visit from the technician.
                                The person spent 2 hours and opened the entire fridge literally, and he wasn't able to detect the problem with it. He said that he was trying to change some sensors but since all the sensors seem to be fine, this did not resolve the issue. It is high summers and without a proper cooling we are facing problems keeping our stuff inside refrigerator.

                                The technician left by saying that he will now come after 3 days and will change the motherboard of the device.
                                My Issue is that
                                - why should a device worth 64000/- cannot even work properly for like 2 weeks straight ?
                                - Why should i now allow any repair to this, what if this gets repeated later on?
                                - Why the technician is not able to detect the problem ? (which seemed to us as he was constantly being guided by someone over the telephone call)

                                If this is a manufacturing defect such that the Motherboard requires the replacement. Why shouldn't i get my device replaced as a whole instead of getting one part replaced?

                                Please help me with this issue.

                                Just to update on the request.

                                Just received a call from Mr. Kamal Kumar and he is coming for some part replacement which has been found faulty in the refrigerator. The Engineer claimed that the fridge has gone faulty on site due to voltage fluctuations.(on what grounds is this claim being done ?)

                                Let me clarify, we already have a voltage stabilizer in place for all electronic appliances at our home.
                                Plus our Previous refrigerator worked absolutely well for 10 years.
                                The previous One we had was of LG (i don't exactly remember the model)
                                We had to change our refrigerator due to increasing family size.

                                So i guess we made a mistake by going for Samsung this time.?
                                What kind of quality is Samsung manufacturing ?
                                How come a new product, get faulty within two weeks ? and plus the Way engineers behave is so unprofessional.

                                Can something be done about this ?
                                I have already purchased an extended warranty for 3 years. But does that mean for next 3 years i'll be facing such issues with this refrigerator ?
                                What about Post-3 years, when i'll have to pay for these parts . If this is getting faulty within a span of like 2 weeks how can i expect it to last properly for a longer duration ?

                                Please respond. I am not at all happy with this service and somewhere i am losing my confidence on this Brand.

                                  Samsung replace my display

                                  On 25th October 2016 i went to service center as i have been noticing a pink color line in my display of my phone samsung s7 edge which is under warranty.

                                  After checking the phone completely by technician i was said that there is internal fault in display & at present display is not in stock.
                                  He said he it would be replaced within one week & placed order for display to company

                                  In due course my phone occured damage on screen.

                                  After a week when i went to customer care i was said that the pink line is occured bcos of external damage from my end.

                                  On 25th Oct technician agreed that pink color line in display is not bcos of external damage. It is the fault in display.

                                  My conversation with customer care executive Mr Rajsekhar on 6.11.16 & to Mr.Ashok on 8.11.16 & to supervisor mr Vijay on 9.11.16 On Ref no [protected] are into vain

                                  Samsung my phone was under warranty when i came to your service center. The pink color line in display was showing on my first visit to your service center which ur technician has checked thoroughly n ordered for display.
                                  There was no external damage during that time. Kindly clear the pink color n give me.

                                    I bought samsung a7 (2016) last year in the month of may. I was using this handset very carefully even after that it start giving issue while talking getting heating up and after full charge its getting drained immediately. Since april'16 onwards i realized that battery of the phone is getting swallowed. So i visited the samsung service center on 25th april'17 and explained the issue. Service center executive told me that we will change the battery but it will take minimum 15day to get it replace, i don't have any option so i had submitted the same. After that i start following up on mail with customer care and their mentioned ceo email id. On 1st may after so much of followup i received a mail from mr. Mouazam ali hakim that parts will be arrived in service center on 5th may and after that you collect the handset. After that another mail that we are extending your warranty for 3 months from 5th may. Now today is 9th may i tried to reach mr. Ali via phone and sent so many voice calls and tried to reach janakpuri service center on[protected] but all in vain. Not getting any response either from mr ali or service center. Earlier i had discussion on 1st may then mr ali hakim said that he is the only escalation and clearly denied to share any other customer support head's number for any escalation on this issue. This is very annoying that being in the service industry samsung is not transparently working / solving customer's issue. Today i called up samsung customer care number 180040samsung and spoken with one of executive name ms shivani and as per her that this issue is already escalated to our head office and they are taking care and that is different team. Even she denied to transfer the call to her manager or shift manager. She said that you will get the call from our team in next 24 hrs.

                                    Is this the service samsung is providing to the customer's, i think a7 is their hot selling product even that a simple battery is not available in their warehouse, because this handset falls under warranty. But otherwise on paid basis it's available in the market on the self. How strange is this.

                                    Now i don't know how much time i have to wait to get my handset back.

                                    This is a pathetic service which i am getting from samsung service center & customer care support team

                                      I have purchased an android phone vide model number A7 2016 on 03.02.2017
                                      The day i purchased the phone there came a problem with Primary Camera. Photo doesnt get clear for a longer time everytime when operated. Same day i contacted the retailer and he said that it will be ok after being use for sometime. This is a high resolution camera, hence it take time to get picture cleared.
                                      Today i finally went to customer care, he said it will be ok after updating the software but after updating the result was same. Customer care then said that there might be a problem with the came or motherboard. According to the customer care this problem was there in the set since beginning.
                                      I am ashmed o[censored]sing your product. This is totally fraud with the customer. Samsung has sold its defective product to a customer of value Rs. 26000.00
                                      I request for a new handset. I dont want any repair.
                                      A defective piece without proper quality check is being sold.

                                      AC not working in service centre . Token machine too not working. Visited on last Friday also. On that day also same problems were there. Asked service person about AC, he was not having any answer. No body is bothered about attending the customer . Infact they have not started the ACs. Waiting here is very difficult.
