I've purchased the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 on 22nd April 2017 from Samsung Smart Café | P N O Communication, Shop No 15 Tawa Complex Bittan Market, E-4, Arera Colony, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 46201.
Since the day one I was facing the camera problem, the camera was showing the blur image and most probably the hardware was defected. but the vendor said it is a new piece, use it for a day or two, it would be rectified. But the problem didn't resolve. I again went to him, he said use it in safe mode for a week and try resetting the device. Again the problem of the camera persisted.
Then he suggested me to go to service. There they said reset your phone and use it for a while and wait for the software update. None of them ever told me about the 14 days return and replacement policy. They just kept delaying the issue. Once the 14 days were over. They told me to deposit my phone for the replacement. When I asked them It's not even 2 weeks and I am facing these problems. You are now telling me to use the defected piece and now deposit brand new piece for the repairing for another 2 weeks.
When I called the Samsung Customer Care, they're saying can't replace the product. Are you serious guys? I've paid for the new device and I'm not gonna use the defected piece. I've already raised the complaint in consumer forum. Either refund my money or initiate the replacement procedure.
All the harassment that I've been through these 3 weeks, I'll definitely go for the compensation of that as well.
