I have purchased a Samsung refrigerator from reliance digital store Gwalior. Store delivered a defective unit to me. When I complaint for it they suggested me to repair it as the product is under warranty. But I paid for new refrigerator why should I go for repair. So I told store to replaced it or give money back. Still no satisfactory action taken by your store. Kindly short out my problem shortly.

    I've purchased the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 on 22nd April 2017 from Samsung Smart Café | P N O Communication, Shop No 15 Tawa Complex Bittan Market, E-4, Arera Colony, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 46201.

    Since the day one I was facing the camera problem, the camera was showing the blur image and most probably the hardware was defected. but the vendor said it is a new piece, use it for a day or two, it would be rectified. But the problem didn't resolve. I again went to him, he said use it in safe mode for a week and try resetting the device. Again the problem of the camera persisted.

    Then he suggested me to go to service. There they said reset your phone and use it for a while and wait for the software update. None of them ever told me about the 14 days return and replacement policy. They just kept delaying the issue. Once the 14 days were over. They told me to deposit my phone for the replacement. When I asked them It's not even 2 weeks and I am facing these problems. You are now telling me to use the defected piece and now deposit brand new piece for the repairing for another 2 weeks.

    When I called the Samsung Customer Care, they're saying can't replace the product. Are you serious guys? I've paid for the new device and I'm not gonna use the defected piece. I've already raised the complaint in consumer forum. Either refund my money or initiate the replacement procedure.

    All the harassment that I've been through these 3 weeks, I'll definitely go for the compensation of that as well.

      I have purchased a samsung galaxy a8 on 08.04.2017. On 13th may my ph suddenly switch off and after few hours it starts automatically with all data lost. I went to a service center of kolkata regarding this. They told me to leave the ph for a day. Next day they call me and told that ur ph has a liquid damage but when i summited the ph my ph was working properly. They asked me to pay 12 thousand rs i denied and called to the senior management team of samsung but they also told me the same. They told me that this may happen that ur sweat entered into the motherboard through earpiece sweating is a natural phenomenon of human but they also didn't helped me. I am here for the compansations and repair of my phone with no charge

        Service issue - I have bought a phone model J7 in Nov-2016.
        Last week complete screen was blurred.I have visited Samsung service center located at Abids[protected].They have checked my phone and informed that complete screen fluid was flushed and need to change the same and refused to cover under warranty.

        Please note that my phone is not even completed 6 months, now it self looking like a new one and without any external impact or damage how it broke internally.

        Here with requesting to repair my phone under warranty or to get a new one

              I have purchase a mobile samsung a5 2nd apr'2016 but use the mobile from july'16.. But this month the mobile automatic scree lcd not working. I visit to nearest service centre ghe told me mobile lcd damage and need amount of 6000/- for repaire due to warranty over.

              One think i don't understand without any damage of any probile between one of o[censored]se mobile lcd damage... Worst service and product quality for samsung mobile.

                My name is Aarti Virwani and I am a Loyal Samsung Smart phone Customer.

                I am sending you this email after exhausting all my other options.

                I understand that you must be a very busy man and my matter must not be as important as your other duties. But please forgive me for disturbing you as you are my last hope and I have no other choice.

                I had purchased a Samsung S7 Edge in August 2016

                The piece is in warranty till August 2017.

                The other day while driving to work my phone was Kept on the passenger seat and I was speaking on the handsfree. My commute is approximately 45 mins.

                Throughout this commute I was on a call. When I reached my office I was surprised to find my screen slightly cracked in a few places. More Like Hairline Cracks.

                The cracks started growing longer and increasing in the next 2 hours.

                I couldn’t understand why these cracks have suddenly appeared since My phone is in perfect condition and I have not dropped it even once. Throughout the car journey its just been lying on the passenger seat.

                On doing a bit of online research and reading a few forums I figured that it was due to the heat that the cracks have appeared as there are instances of this happening with other people. Needless to say May is a hot month in Mumbai and that day was particularly hot. I think it was the sun along with the self generated heat of the phone that has caused the screen to crack.

                Since the phone is under warranty, I took it to the Khar, Mumbai service station [Deepak Telecom], but they refused to entertain my complaint saying that this is not covered under warranty. I tried explaining this situation to them a lot but they didn’t budge.

                I also showed them that the rest of the phone was in pristine condition and there was not even a single scratch on the rest of the phone except the screen.

                Also from the cracks its visible that there was no point of contact on the screen to cause the crack, hence there was no physical damage at all

                Also a point to be noted is the cover I use on this phone. There is no way that the screen can touch or hit any surface for it to get damaged. I have attached pictures of the same.

                In Spite of all my efforts they weren't ready to understand my problem.

                Sir, I am sure you understand that this is a very expensive phone and I have bought it at its peak Price when it was just launched last August.

                However in my line of work such a phone is o[censored]tmost importance although its difficult for me to afford.

                Sir I have no choice but to email you and ask for your help in this case.

                Please help me and sort this matter for me.

                  I ordered samsung gear vR from samsung e store on 15th may 2017, after purchase of samsung galaxy s8. I paid them online and received order confirmation that i ll be receiving order in 5 days and shipment details will be sent soon. after no further response, when i called samsung helpline, their executive says, you have to wait for 90 days for your order. In this era of online shopping, if you process an order within 90 days, i dunno where do u stand in market.                     We bought a fridge worth 1 lakh from Samsung and it had a ice crusher which never worked from day1. Demo person also couldn't make it work and he left saying it will take 4 hours to make ice.But it never worked. Then when we contacted them they are saying that they cant replace now as per some policy that they had not told us of before.We were told 1 year guarantee and now they are saying 1 month. Now they can replace the part is what they are saying. Wrong information given even on the model during purchase.Will complaining here work anyway? Because I have not seen my complaints taken up at all previously. We are looking for refund/replace

                        I purchased samsung c9 pro mobile on 23rd feb. 2017, and booked my phone under pre booking offer by company, (One time display replacement in just rs.990) unfortunately my mobile fall down and display broken.. I went to kurukshetra samsung service mobile care centre, (Bansal communications) they checked and answered me that this phone is not in this scheme, and it is not possible to change the display in this price.. I have to pay full price of display... This is what samsung is doing in market selling products on wrong informations...
                        And giving such attractive offers on products... But when the coustomer actually want to avail such offers the company deny such offers...
                        Here with this i am also sending my mobile bill with pre booking evidence...
                        I want to get help by you... Or by samsung company.. I want to change my mobile display with my purchse offer...
                        I wait for your positive reply... Hope so

                        This Is what Samsung Co. Is giving such false offer and selling products and doing Fraud with Cousumer like us...Samsung Service Centers people are just take informations by customer and after that they get exchange product by company...but to customer they reply that this offer dosent exsist for your product. ...and atlast costmer said ok...please do repair. I will give full payment...very few people register complain on such issues...
                        But Here I want justice in my case...or I am going to Publish this matter in news Papers and in Media also...

                          I would like to put it in writing and shout aloud about the PATHETIC service from Samsung customer service in dealing with a small job like TV installation. I requested a TV installation service on 16th Morning and I was promised that the service engineer will give me a call on 16th and visit my premise for doing the TV installation. Later on 16th May evening, I was conveyed that, it will not be fixed on 16th and given another promise that on 17th May it will be resolved. On 17th May again I called up the Samsung customer care and they assured me that the service will be delivered on 17th May itself. However, on 17th evening the story was same. They tried to buy out another day and asked me to wait till 18th May for getting the TV installed. When I asked about their escalation matrix and any senior manager I can speak with, all I get is there is no escalation matrix in place. Total of 9 follow ups were done and spoke with 7 customer care personnels at Samsung and each one of them were doing a false commitments. The personnels with whom I interacted are as follows: Ajay, Rahul, Nitish, Devika, Priyanka, Dawood and Aditi. I must say Samsung has downgraded their service and I would not recommend anyone to purchase Samsung products. Their Service engineers looks to be even worse as it looks like they hardly have time to serve their customers or they are under staffed. All in all a very dissapointing and poor service from Samsung. Please stay away from purchasing Samsung products by all means.

                            I have brought ac on june 2014. Within these three years i have already wasted 15000 in repairing this. Gas got leaks very frequently. We got cooling problem every time apart from other low quality parts issue., i am also agreeing that samsung is using very low quality product, within very limited use circuit goes vanished, now samsung technition changes us to replace that circuit, which cost around 8000. So why we will bear that cost. Within three years lots of parts became non functional and we have to repair them or replace them we will never suggest anyone to but sumsung ac. Sumsung should replace this defaulty ac soon as possible or should help us in any other manner.

                              Sir, I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S8 plus for Rs 65000 here in Hyderabad at a Samsung outlet. The device is defective from day one in that it does not charge beyond 81%. The Samsung dealer who sold it to me told me to go to the Samsung Service centre and get a DOA and that He would replace the device. The people at the service centre said that they were aware of this problem with their S8 plus devices and gave me a customer care number to call and complain. The people at this number all they do is listen to my grievance and immediately cut the call. I request the Samsung top officials in this city (Hyderabad) to either replace my faulty device or refund my money. My devices IMEI number is - [protected] purchased on 4/5/20017.

                              Unlike the telecallers at the Samsung Customer Care the higher officials who work for the company are extremely kind, considerate and helpful. An senior official named Mudit immediately called me and assured me that he would do whatever was needful to service my phone or replace it. Thankfully the problem was not with the device itself but with a precautionary measure which Samsung has installed in their latest flagship phones in that the phones will cease to charge beyond the 80% mark if the room temperature is beyond 35 degree Celsius. This was what was causing the phone to stop charging at 80% as my home temperature because of this scorching mid summer heat is beyond the 35 degree mark. The senior Customer Care Officer Mr. Sirish Kumar at the Customer Care service centre here in Tarnaka, Hyderabad was very helpful in resolving my concern. Special thanks to him. Samsung is a great company and their phones are the best Android phones in the world. Thank you Samsung. Regards - Prem.

                                Sir, i want to inform you that i went to the above mentioned samsung service centre on dated 15.05.2017 for a reson my phone not on. They checked the phone and said there is a little dot on my screen and its the physical damage. And they request me to replace the display.. Cost of rs 8000... Then i simply denied to replace and said give my phn back to me. Then i went to rcv my phone today at 10.20 am dated 17.05.2017. They are giving me a broken display... I said i wont receive it.. I want my phone as it was before... Then they are forcing me to replace display... Is this a service for a regular customer of samsung???

                                  Its regarding split acs, called the customer care for the repair and technician was sent by the company. It was under 5 year warranty period for compressor, he told that compressor would be taken by the technician 5 days before. Till now no response from both samsung customer care and technician. It was told if it doesnt fall under warranty, would have done on the same day. As its falling under warranty that means no proper response and delay is must.

                                    Our Samsung fridge has the same chemical smell. It permeates the food -which we have to throw away, it stinks up the entire kitchen when the door is open. The smell literally makes you sick to your stomach. I have cleaned the fridge with bleach water, soap and Windex and no luck getting the smell gone. I have used coffee, orange peels and baking soda and can't get rid of the stench. I contacted Samsung and they acted, like they never heard of this problem and sent me instructions on, how to clean my fridge. I am very upset. If you know you have a problem with a product then educate your people so they can help resolve it with the customers. It's cheaper to resolve than to defend your good name. Fix my fridge and pay me for the food I have had to throw out.

                                        This is to inform you that there is a constant formation of ice in the lower part of our Samsung refrigerator. We have complained about this before and the Samsung professionals told us that a part was missing. The Samsung professional then changed a part but the problem has persisted and is causing inconvenience. We have been complaining every 2-3 months. We have already called the professionals thrice over last year and if this problem continues after the warranty period ;paying for service every 2-3 months is unaffordable. We have been facing this problem ever since we bought it and we request you to look into this matter immediately and solve the problem completely or provide us with a new problem free refrigerator.
