Company:- samsung Model-s7 Date Of Purchase- 4/12/2016 IMEI No:- [protected] Warranty- Yes/ Name and Address of the service center - rewa house, ring road, surat Job sheet/Work order no.- [protected], [protected]. Problem Details- due to hanging problem in phone i gave my phone in Sc 4TH TIME AND THEY CHANGED THE PANEL OF THE phone AND SMS ME PICK YOUR PHONE. BUT I WANTS REPLACEMENT .I forbade them to open the phone for servicing ... but SC opened my phone they changed the pannel then they are giving the phone ... so I don't want this phone now I want replacement .second finger sensor not work properly.
