[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung S7 Display issues. Handset very unrealiable | |||
This is the 3 rd time I am getting issue with the Samsung s7 handset. I travel quite a bit and this phone is letting me down big down. I bought this phone in March 2016 from Kerala. In mid November 2016, the display had a crack when it fell from my hand. I got the same Replaced in Chennai since I was travelling. I went to the Service center in Anna Nagar Chennai. 4 Hrs after the replacement the phone again died. Samsung Anna Nagar service center took a week to get the phone repair. Now after 2 months the display is not working. The cost of the phone is 50K INR and I dont understand why the services are so unreliable. I paid 11K to get the display fixed. I had to travel to Chennai to pick the handset and had incurred the cost of my own. I am fed up waking every day and seeing the phone having some issues. If you folks are not confident of giving a permanent fix, pls let me know I can invest buying a new one rather than waiting to get this fixed again. I work out of Bangalore and your service center is 90 mins from my home, given the poor traffic in bangalore. I was told a concierge service is provided for s7 handset, since my display is not working and i need to use the galaxy app how do i use it. I am fed up with this handset letting me down every 2 months. It is okie if you folks write back to me telling pls buy a new phone ..
