I'm using samsung s7 edge, suddenly my phone was shout down so i visited samsung service centre in paradise, hyderabad the engineer has checked and confirmed me that mother board has been dead i asked him for reason, he told me that there is no reason i lost my communication, worst mobiles they are selling samsung.
