[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung s7 edge cashback | |||
I have purchased samsung s7 edge coral blue on 19th july 2017 (Imei [protected]) at ssk retails pvt ltd, samsung cafe at phoenix mall, vimannnagar pune At the time of purchase rs 10000 cashback offered on the model within 90 days of purchase. But even after completion of 120 days, cashback has not yet received. I have communicated thru email to plutus team as per mail id and contact no shared on txn slip and also retailers ssk. They have informed on mail that policy changed from 90 days to 120 days! Pls look into it and arrange the cashback immediately. This is causing great inconvenience to me.
