[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung S7edge hanging problem and heating ossue | |||||
No one is listening to me write from executive desk to CEO desk. I am complaining for heating and hanging problem since last 8 month but problem is not solved yet. Already visited samsung store 10 times. In last 8 month my phone is in service centre for 2 months. But they have not come up with solution. Each time they request me for submit the phone to service centre and the problem never solve. My phone automatically gets restart and network go blank and app get closed automatically with screen goes blank. Also had heating issue. They just format the phone and give it back. No response from last 15 days from samsung ceo desk also. They send me the message that your problem is solved when no one have called me. What a waste company. Regret my decision to select samsung instead of I phone. I want my 55000 back as since 1st month they are harrasing me. Now they are not reverting me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
