[Resolved]  Samsung India — Samsung s8, mobile not working

I bought the new s8 samsung from poorvika chennai on 14/06/2017 and faced a lot of issues with the phone and called the customer care and checked the phone through remote and confirmed that the phone had hardware issues.

Informed me to go the service centre, i handed over the phone to the service centre and they said they will replace the phone.

When tried calling them no response so called the customer care and no one gave me a responsible answer.

They are not replacing the phone and keep me waiting.

Want to return order reference no. [protected] of combo pack of Samsung power bank 25000 mah, charger and Bluetooth. Because the dealzkart send me duplicate products and also power bank not working properly. So i want to return this products and give my money back..
