[Resolved]  Samsung India — Samsung -service center people are making us go round Infinite delay in service

I am using Samsung galaxy j7. I give it to the service center on 05/11/2016. On that day they said if any software complaint means they will deliver on the same day otherwise it will take 5 days or up to 7day. So only i give the mobile for service. Because my complaint is simple. when i called them they said that your display is complaint so it will take up to 4 days. 11/11/2016 when i called them they said they didn't receive the parts so it will take up to more 2 days. so today i called them then said today also they didn't receive the parts how many days you will take to send the parts to service center. Deliver the mobile tomorrow itself. Otherwise pls refund my full cash or deliver a new phone.
