[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung service center refuses to repair my galaxy note 5 device | |||
Hi I am currently working in Kuwait, and I had come for my vacation in India, during this time my device front screen broke due to accident. After that I went to Samsung service center to repair that broken screen but I was told that they wont be able to repair my screen and replace it just because I purchased my device from other country which is insane. Its a flagship device and I was expecting a better service from Samsung. For me the worst thing was they completely refused to repair it. I was not claiming for any warranty over it. This is a disgrace for Samsung reputation as their customer are been deprived of getting their phones repaired in thier service center. Was this information helpful? | |||
