[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung service centre is not giving my product back. | |||||
I have purchased this band on 30th january, 2017 and after 1 month o[censored]sage this band showing highly inaccurate floor and steps counts. After this i had submitted this at the service centre (Hcl services, noida). It being already 5 job sheet i have received from the same service centre but watch has not been repaired till today[protected]. I have also mailed several times to mr. Santosh upaddhyay and mr. Azaruddin (Senior executive, customer experience) but they don't reply at all. Not even the service centre is giving my product back. I have also attached job sheet and band pics.
