Dear concern We had handover our Mobile Samsung mobile to samsung service centre ( Techno Solutions, Old HB Road, RANCHI 834001) on 24/08/2018 and as per their commitment mobile will be ready to delivered after 7 days but after 15 days, they have not taken any responsibility to deliver the mobile back even not behave correctly to us Customers.
