On[protected] i have gone to samsung care to resolve some issue in my samsung tab. But they have returned me by saying it would cost 10000 due to mother board and battery problem. They have charge rs236 200repairing charges and 36 intredt rate. Is there is any charges on repairing. After that i have gone to a local dealer he had resolved the issue with only rs.500. My complaint is intrest rate on repairing charges

I had purchased the above mobile phone and it stopped working.
is there any body which can resolve the isuue.Because most of the repairers after checking say they cannot repair it, since the spare parts are not available

    I am very disappointed from samsung customer care services.. For washine machine installation complaint was raised on 23rd of august and after that too many follow up.
    I didn't get proper response from customer care center... I raised same request multiple time and still no one came to home for installation. The way of talking towards customers are not good.. Every time i got same answer from execuive that enginer will come to home in between 10 to 8 but no one assigned to my raised concern...in future i would not recommend samsung product too anyone... Waste of money and time both..

      This is to tell How Worst you people are doing in Samsung Estore order

      i have generated the gear sport coupon from my pre-booked note-9 and purchased the Gear Sport watch from the Estore (availed the coupon)

      To my surprise i ordered on Cash on Delivery as that option was available

      Now here comes the Worst night mare in my life from Estore

      in estore if we check the gear sport pin code delivery there is no cash on delivery

      i contacted Samsung support team multiple times and no bloody proper response and they are telling terms and conditions of stupid 90 days etc

      there is a person who is next to my house, who ordered the gear sport next day after i ordered, the next to my house guy had payed the amount online and his gear sport is been dispatched, and mine from past 24th/08/2018 its still confirmed and the next to my house guy already has the tracking Information

      i contacted Samsung customer and they say no sir its confirmed and still not packed what bloody stupid reasons they are giving and finally telling need to wait till 90 days, , i said them clearly if there is any payment need to be done i am ready to do it and they say nothing like that sir we will deliver within 90 days

      now the question i need to ask samsung

      1) in mine it showed COD (cash on delivery) option and i opted for it and till now no packed status from past 3 days
      2) side to my house had NO COD (cash on delivery) and he got the Gear sport just in 2 days
      3) in pin code delivery there is NO freaking COD and how the hell i got the option
      4) why the hell are you saying 90 freaking days of terms when next to my house who lately ordered than me got his order in 2 days why the hell not me
      5) on pin code delivery i got 2-4 days it will be delivered now whats the response for this

      this is frustrating me and i dont think so i will get my order

      you people better give me an payment terminal so i will pay ASAP or send the product ASAP i dont want ### games now stating me out of stock or we dont know about this or 90days terms or order is 100% confirmed etc etc

      when the person next to my house who has done 1 day lately than me and got the gear sport watch delivered in just 2 days why not me this is the question i have

        I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy J7 PRO J730 on 24.09.2017 vide bill No. TAX/AT/05049 vide Serial : [protected] from Jasmin Infinite Trade Pvt. ltd. Baroda. Touch and Disply are changed from your authorised service station - Dhara Enterprises - Alkapuri, Baroda Vide Bill No. [protected] dtd. 28.06.2018. At prssent display is showing some dot dot mark in screen on screen. My mobile screen is not broken, i.e as replaced on 28.06.2018. Now your service station is not giving service for the same. Yet three month not completed.

        You are requested to tell your service station clear our problem.

        Combo has three month warranty.

        Pl. do the needful at the earliest.

          I had water leakage and reduced cooling effect for my two tonne split a/c.We registered a complaint and nobody from the service center visited on the stipulated date.For a week again and again we called but nobody visits from service center.Two executives called from service center but didn't finally.After all this an executive came from the service center on non working day(Sunday), told reinstallation had to be done and didn't turn up the next day.The person who visited carried no tool.I had to visit hospital to get my reports but didn't go as I have been waiting for someone to come from service center.Finally tired of everything I have lodged a consumer complaint bearing number 885152.I want a person from service center to visit at the earliest and resolve the issue.

            Recently i lost wall mount of my led tv. Samsung refuses to provide the wall mount stand without getting it installed from their service centre.

            I am not supplied with needed spare part which was sold along with the tv unless i get it installed from them. Installation along with stand is 1600 rupees. Of this, i am made to understand 1200 is for installation and the rest for instrument.

              I had raised a repair complain for a refrigerator by customer number [protected] on 24 august 2018 and today i was informed that a service technician would visit me between 03.00 pm and 04.00 pm. I was out of home and had to rush back home to see that the technician was received when he was at my home to do to the repairs.

              At 04.30 pm someone from trivandrum office called me to inform that the service engineer mr. Midhun has not turned up for duty. If your office had informed me before lunch i would not have cut short my visit and rushed back home. What a after sales service by not looking into a complain after 3 days and calling back a customer by confirmed message to be home at 03.00 pm and then informing that your engineer is not reported for duty. I too work and if i cannot report for duty at the start of time, i do inform my superiors the reason for delay or leave. I hope this might be the ways things are followed in samsung and that might be one of the many reasons for the the closure of business of samsung saudi arabia ltd - construction group.
              There must be a thought in the minds of samsung that if you do not sell a fridge, we all indians cannot drink cold water or store our food. This hard headed attitude of your sales/service team will end up to a place of no return. Corrections can be done at any point of time and admitting that we are wrong goes a long way in building trust with the customers. But your staff at trivandrum tries to put the customer to much hardships as they do not know how hard it is to run a business well.

              If you were to write to me with your comments i will update you with more comments on the hardship i went through.

                Hi all,
                Before a few days back i got a call from samsung saying that your number is extracted as lucky number hence you are winning samsung mobile, kindly provide your address we will send this phone via normal courier. Hence i provided the address.
                But after this when investigated with others about this, all said this is fake and fraud call from few peoples. And also investigated online about this fraud.
                After few days when my product was in my local post office for delivery, i said not to receive this parcel, even now postman is demanding of rs. 3500 as delivery charges (I don't this is delivery charges or phone charges). I simply refuse to accept that parcel. Now i am getting calls from samsung customer care agent +91-[protected] and +91-[protected] and agent are saying that if i will not receive this parcel, i will have to face legal notice from them which penalty of about rs. 40000 approx.

                I am very much confused about this. Also, discuss with others about this issue. All are saying this fraud and nothing will happen. Kindly suggest me how to get rid of this issue. Should i go to the police station for filing complain about this and provide the numbers from where i am getting calls. Kindly suggest.

                Now, After 2 days I again got a call and message related to this issue. The message is so dirty which we can read in front of family members and when I called on that number for why he is sending messages then he started abusing. I only cut then call and Send a single message to him "Going for police complaint". After that no message. Kindly check these numbers and Do something about this.

                    Hi,

                    Below is the summary for the issue that i am facing. I have also logged a complaint under consumer forum https://consumerhelpline.gov.in under : complaint has been successfully lodged and your docket number:883691
                    On 20th aug 2018 i have ordered a samsung mobile s8 plus to gift to one of my friend on name of (Ramanan sundaram flat number 4 neelkanth society, pashan, someshwarwadi, pune, maharashtra 411008). Billing address was on mahak rathore (8/5 samvid nagar, indore).
                    On 21st aug i cancelled the order using their email : support. [protected]@samsung.com as per the executive when i initiated the chat for same.
                    According to the policy of samsung you should send the cancellation request before the product is shipped. As i sent the email on 21st aug where the product was not even packed as per the status on the site.
                    After 2 days i got the reply from (Shivani) that the concern is forwarded to the department to cancel the order on 21st aug.
                    On 23 aug (2 days after my cancellation req) i got the mail that suddenly it was delivered and shipped. I replied on the same thread to please check for same but didnt got any reply.
                    On 24 aug - 25th aug i made multiple calls emails to different ways (Example : ceo concern escalation, support e store, chat etc) but no one gave me proper update/reply on the same.
                    I contacted bajaj finance to stop the payment or request but they didnot even responded and got 2 email that we are processing your request and may take more days.
                    Since it was gift to someone she accepted that gift but the package remains intact (As delivered by saveex in email you can check).
                    I wrote a mail in frustration that i am accepting the product sarcastically (Included in pdf) so that they take some actions but still nothing.
                    Finally i called again to the support estore to help me with the situation and @ravi sharma (Some sr. Executive) told me to consider it if the packing is intact and send the pictures from different angle to initiate shipping back request). I did that and after 1 day i again got the mail from @abhishek that please send the picture from the front where information is visible. I did sent it within 1 hr. And again after 1 day i got the email that your request has been rejected.

                    For all proof the pdf are attached.

                    Issues :

                    Firstly, according to the policy you can make the request after 1 hour of placing the order or before shipping - i did that.
                    Secondly, if your request is received and product is shipped then it can be consider. Maybe you can denied to take the product (Since it was gift she just kept it but remains unpacked)
                    After all that if support saying send us the pictures to verify and they can take request. - i did that. I got the reply to send 1 more pic to ensure its same product. I did that too.
                    Customer support executives are very rude and keep on saying some repeated lines as per policy, as per policy, as per policy and its their fault from the first day. Also, they say it takes some hours to process. So if that is the case then on 21st i received the mail that it has been processed then still on 24th it was dispatched and shipped and delivered.
                    When i ask the sr executive to forward the call this was their answers :
                    Its sunday we cannot transfer the call as its holiday and less people come. (According to the policy you have 24/7 call support and 10:00 a. M. To 21:00 p. M. For order related issues) - noted i called then today on 11:00 a. M. 26th aug after getting that rejection email.
                    Rude behavior and repeating same taught lines in training.
                    Ultimately they disconnected the phone without asking anything and even denied to tell the name of the senior person who was supposed to be on duty.
                    I called then several times and each one gives some lame reason and method. They thinks ultimately a customer wont do anything and they can do anything by saying (As per policy) which they dont know when i asked then the one policy that i read from their site.
                    If you didnt cancel you should take exception as it was your mistake. If you shipped then you should take request if the product is intact as per assurance i am giving. No one reply on time no one ready to take responsibility and they want customer to send things on time or before, give his/her time, and ultimately make fun.
                    People involved : shivani, abhishek, mainly : ravi sharma / pratap kumar.

                    I wanted to raise this to higher level to ensure either the product is taken back as it is not even opened (As it is delivered) or bajaj finance deny to pay the amount without my consent.

                    I am attaching the pdf for same and highlighted the important points.

                      Bought samsung ff 465l rt47m623esl rl stnls from reliance digital and it stopped working in just 4 days.

                      Engineer said it's sensor issue, after 3 days he came with sensor and said it's board issue, he changed the board but still refrigerator didn't worked, he said it can be a compressor error.

                      Made a replacement request seeing the major built issue with the refrigerator.

                      Today it's 10th day and case is pending at samsung for approval.

                      Two weeks without a refrigerator!

                      Regretting my purchase desicion. :- (

                            Hi,

                            I pre booked my galaxy note 9 (512gb) ocean blue variant on 14th aug 2018,
                            And i purchased the same on 22nd aug 2018 from samsung retail store, pune.

                            So, today (24th aug 2018 10:00 am) on my galaxy app i saw pre book offer banner,
                            So i opened link and clicked on check eligibility, after that i completed the form and clicked on "get coupon" button. But button was not working at that time so i tried two to three times and after that i restart the application and tried same process again,
                            But now i see it is showing "device has already generated a coupon for the offer".
                            But i didn't get any code on my mobile or email.

                            I also called customer care for same problem, they provided me email id for support, but when i tried to send mail on that mail id i got response "recipient inbox full".

                              My customer id is [protected]. The last complaint ref no.[protected].

                              This is about the pathetic / worst customer care of samsung. I have been getting only lip service that "the matter has been reported to"escalation team"and communicated to"higher ups", but nothing has happened so far. I have had a live chat with samsung on 13th aug. As nothing happened for a week, i sent an email on 20th aug. Till the time of posting this, nothing has happened.

                              The gist of my communication is given below. Hats off to samsung. May be i will soon take them up in a consumer court for the deficiency in service.

                              The washing machine has not been working and on complaint, the service engineer informed that the mother board has to be replaced. If you could see the call records, i have replaced the mother boards in the past also and the last one being in dec 2017. Each time, i have spent around rs.6000 for this, apart from paying rs.400 for each visit of your engineer. I cannot afford to spent on replacing the mother board again and again. On 13 aug 18 i had a chat with mr. Basuki nath tiwari who promised that some one senior will call me. As nothing had happened, i again got in touch with your office. Mr. Ajit kumar singh came on chat and promised as above. Till date, no one has called me or visited to set right the problem.

                              It is a clear case that there is a defect in the washing machine and it is the responsibility of you to set it right. Each time, you cannot expect the customer to pay for the defective part supplied / replaced. It is unacceptable to provide a warranty of just three months for the part replaced and expecting the customer to pay for the defective part.

                              I hope you will act on it quickly to set things right. I have been patient enough, but looks like samsung is taking the customers for a ride. If the issue is not sorted out immediately, i will have no choice, but to take the re-course as is available to me in law of the land.

                              Looks like all your customer support is managed by outsourced agencies, who are giving parrot like replies and unable to sort out the grievances.

                              I have been using other samsung products at home, like tv, fridge, oven, etc. But the functioning of washing machine is pathetic.

                              I would like to discuss my issue with seniors in your office and would like to let them know the plight of the customers. Please let me have their name, designation and contact details.

                                This is wrt the issue raised about cashback on 3rd aug 18. (I am yet to get an update on this)

                                I purchased a samsung galaxy s9+ on 3rd may 2018. While purchasing it was shown that i will be getting a cashback of rs 9000 within 90 days, if the purchase is done from icici cc + will be getting no cost emi.

                                I even confirmed it from your executive and he too mentioned the same.

                                However, i haven't received the cb yet. When contacted icici, they first denied about the offer. Later when confirmed that i have the screenshots, they said i will be getting the cb by 30th sept.

                                All this is sad and disappointing. I spoke to your customer care team and they asked me to send an email. I did that on 3rd aug but even today your team says "they are waiting for an update from respective team".

                                How can your guys be so inefficient that they do not have an update even after 21 days?

                                  Actually i purchased this tv mainly for skype calls. After 5 months, skype facility is not available in samsung smart tv. I bought this tv for 55k+, particularly 6k extra for this cam.
                                  There is no use for camera in tv without skype, i raised this concern so many time to samsung service center. But there is no proper response.

                                  I need a proper compensation for adding useless accessories.

                                      I have purchased a samsung galaxy note on 11.08.2018 from reliance digital howrah, avani mall, west bengal, india. From the first day i am facing abnormal falling of charge in this handset. I called samsung customer service and they told me to go customer care, i went samsung service centre at kolkata named karuna management service ltd. Opposite of central metro station. I deposited my set to them and they gave me the receipt bill no [protected]. After a few hours i have come to know that there is no problem in my handset. I told them that compare to all other handsets even which are low range samsung phone my galaxy note 8 battery draining very fast and its charge lasts at about 6 to 8 hours in normal use whether my last galaxy c9 pro lasts whole the day with 40 percent charge when i went to sleep at the night.
                                      But all in veins. They did not cooperate with me and returned my phone. I think i waste my 56000 inr to invest for buying such a faulty samsung phone.
                                      This is just 14 days running of buying my new phone.
                                      What can i do now.

                                      Due to over cooling, vegetables got damaged within 24 hours. Facing severe problem since I've purchased the product.
                                      I have cooling issue with my refrigerator from day 1 and after so may complaint it can't be resolved. Twice the PCB has been changed but nothing worked.

                                        I am facing this pink line issue it has only been 3 months since i bought my phone when i took it to the sevice centre they said that it is a physical damage which came from my hand and wont get any warranty actually i havent even dropped my phone once...
                                        I thought of samsung as one of the big companies... Which is so helpful ti its costomers but this... Is so bad...
