My name is nilesh n amonkar. I have purchased samsung led 45 inches smart from vijay sales andheri on 12.8.2018. Order no. Is 103-r-sft-1572 dated 12.8.2018. On 1st september, sound system of the tv is broken down. I've registered complaint in vijay sales and samsung mechanic found faulty sound system and he told us that he would replace the sound system in 4 days

I want tv should be replaced by another new tv as 1 month not competed and tv sound system failed. Why defected model given to me?

As samsung is reputed co., i want tv to be replaced by new one.

Hope you will look into this and respond to my mail positively at the earliest.

    I think in india v should ban samsung..
    I had purchased a samsung j7 prime 2 latest model on 15 april.. Not less that a month also i had faced an issue of buttons (Right and middle).. They promised me that there will be no issues further when i had asked for a replacement since it was within a month time..
    Again on 30th aug i had issue of auto blank call and key pad issues... Within 5 months such if issues.. Rediculous..

      Dear all,

      I bought a samsung curved tv in 2017.
      During the recent flood at chalakudy, kerala, the tv got damaged. (15th aug 2018)

      I lodged a service request with samsung toll free number.

      Later, i contacted samsung service centre at irinjalakuda, thrissur, kerala. (Axon electronics). They agreed (On 31st aug) to send a service technician to check the tv set. On 05th sep, a service tecninician arrived at my home and said he is not carrying the tools to open the tv unit as he was not assigned to do this job in the morning. He said someone from samsung will come next day to attend this case.

      But none from samsung came to check the tv. No positive reply from samsung yet, whereas other products like lg had sent their technicians to complete service and repair of lg products intime without any hussle to our schedule.

      All the recent call did not go well with samsung and the support was very annoying.

      A company like samsung should have much better customer managment level to support the victums of flood. Unfortunelty, we do not see any further action from them on our repeated comaplints about their poor service and communication.
      The first issue of tv still not attended by samsung even after almost three weeks of the incident.

      I lost my car and almost everything in the house was under the water and mud. We are coming back as much as we can but the poor support from samsung is worsining our situation. They should have undertstand that we have many other things to complete at the earliest. We do no have a lot of spare time to go behind companies like samsung, wherein i beleive they could have took initiate to support us at this need of hour.

      Note: samsung mentionning that the offer of free service is only until today and everything will be chargable from tomorrow onwards. They do not attend the service request until today and they want us to pay for everything from tomorrow onwards.

      I would like someone to ask them to attend the service request at the earliet under free of cost as offered. They should do their attendnace proactively with out wasting my time by making many calls to samaung anymore.

        I recently purchased samsung galaxy s9 on installments on 25-aug-18 from noida gip mall samsung authorized showroom its only been 11 to 12 days my mobile is heating and battery is draining out, i feel i am cheated i paid rs. 58, 000/-.

        I called the store since i have been purchasing all my handsets from there and explained the problem they said it needs to be replaced and i need to visit service which i did only for time waste and loosing all my data my outer cover of the mobile box torn out so i am refused exchange instead they will repair and give the phone which i will be charged. Its really saddening situation i will pay the loan, i pay for repair which is not my fault i was sold faulty/ defective piece of crap.

          Dear sir,

          We regret to bring this matter to your attention. However, it is after being frustrated by the several people who should have acted instantly on our complaint.

          We purchased a new samsung ff 275l rt 30n refrigerator on 29 april'18 from croma store at 'r' city mall, ghatkopar, mumbai.

          On 20 aug'18, the ice stopped forming in the freezer. We made the complaint on 22aug'18. We were advised to make a few changes to settings etc, but that didn't help. A service engineer was then sent to our house. He discovered that the gas had leaked & oil had got collected in the tray. He took pictures for his report.

          Considering this in just 4 months of buying the fridge, we were not ready for them to open the fridge & fill gas. The piece was defective and needed to be replaced.

          The service centre then gave the contact number of mr. Deependra singh from samsung. He in turn forwarded my complaint to one mr sharma in gurgaon. Mr. Sharma reiterated that he can only refill the gas!!

          This is our third samsung fridge over the last 25 years, and we're really disappointed that it has failed in just 4 months!! We had gone in for a brand new fridge and would not like to have it undergoing repairs every now and then. We wouldn't like to have a defective piece when we've paid for a new one!

          We trust you believe strongly enough in quality of your products and would ensure we are provided a replacement at the earliest. We do hope we are not forced to escalate this to a consumer forum.

            Now he avoided my question about changed battry as he had done fraud and told me to does not come back for samsung mobile service to the centre

              I placed a service request for my washing machine and microwave oven on august 27th 2018. I was given a service request no. [protected].
              There was no response from the service team so i called again on august 29th to get another service request no. [protected]. Keeping in mind there are a lot of service requests going on due to kerala floods i waited patiently. But there has been no response whatsoever. I kindly request you to send a service team as soon as possible.
              My appliances were flood hit too.

                  Due to the flood situation, the refrigerator is not working since 17.8.2018. water might have entered inside the fridge.the fridge was seen lying in the water.

                    Model number rs552nrua7e/tl & serial number 0cz94abh300124b) was not cooling efficiently as earlier. I didn’t want to get into any further issues and hence i raised a request on 13-july. The reference number was [protected]. Post which, there is no proper service provided, with false hopes. Also, they have damaged the refrigerator by adding wrong sensor and wrong placement. Been trying to deal with this since 13-july, 2018 with no solution until now. None are responding to calls on follow up by us.

                    It is a paid service since the refrigerator is 3 year old.

                    Since this is a paid service, i have already paid for the wrong sensor.

                      We have purchased a Samsung double door refrigerator with model no RT2735TNBSZ on 4/5/2012 and since then facing problem in the product. Within three four months of purchasing made a complaint of water leaking inside the fridge but did not got any solution instead was asked to adjust the legs and use some packing under the front legs.Now from last one year we are facing problem of access cooling and had complaint again and again. the solution give this time was to switch off the refrigerator for 2 days and again start it after 2 days. done every possible thing but did not got any permanent solution for it. finally 2 of service engineer came and declared that there is a problem and it cannot be repaired you have to buy a new refrigerator. when asked what is the problem he told that the thermocol is damaged due to water leakage and it is a very common fault but company cannot repair it. The water leakage which initially started at the very beginning is the real problem causing the thermocol damage for which no solution was given to us by company. I am really sorry to say that such a big company selling this kind of faulty product and taking no responsibility of the same.
                      I am really surprise by this answer as it is a manufacturing defect and there is no solution given to us. After some research came to know that this particular model always had this problem. I feel cheated by the company as I had invested 22000 rupees on this brand which I had trusted.Now I am looking for a solution to my problem as 22000 is a big amount for me and 6 year is not a long time for such a brand to get defective.
                      Now We want replacement of this fridge. We suffered alot due to non performance of this fridge. We bought this fridge with good faith and renowned name of company "samsung".
                      At the time of buying, we have been confirmed, that this fridge have lot of good features, like no frost, 10 years compressor warranty, 15 years of life, inverter friendly and after sale service.
                      Hope to get a immediate solution from this forum.

                        I had purchased a samsung galaxy J-8 on 11/08/2018 from a shop named Mobile King, Penta Menaka, Shanmugham road, Cochin-682031. After using for 23 days my mobile has been strucked and cant able to use the phone due to net work issue. The next day i visited authorised service centre for checking the same. They verified and tod me that your mobile having some problem in board. So need couple of days to resolve the problem. I surrendered the mobile there for clearing the issue. I am an employee of Hdfc bank Ltd, I need mobile for entire day for my job. After using 23 Days my new mobile struck with network issue. Cant able to accept the same and need to replace the same as early as possible without any compramise.

                        Recently purchased a samsung galaxy j8 on 11 Aug 2018 from a shop mobile king, penta menaka, kochi, kerala after using 23 days it will become struck and cant able to use when i check with service center and they confirm that my mobile having some problem and need to replace the board. i am an employee of hdfc bank i need to use the phone regularly offically as well as personally. First time in my life i had facing this kind of problem. I need to replace the phone as early as possible.

                          I m raising two complain fist one is my samsung on next mobile phone is not worming properly e. G handsets display problem. My phone is on warranty. I submit the mobile on service center bt they told a internal damage n asking for charges. Bt i can't accepted because till date my phone is not fall n not mishandling by me actually this is not damage this is mfg defect. Then i raise complain higher level bt customer care manager (Mausam ali) said this occurring by applying a more force by thumb. How is possible.
                          Second complain is till date 20 times i call a customer care bt they can't solve my issue. They daily told n commented to our complain solve within a 2 days. Bt now 20 days over till date my issue has not solve.

                            As i am bound to write this mail, because of worst service, as we have purchased a samsung ac from great eastern traders guwahati, almost it is about to complete 1 years, as per their version between 1 year we will get free servicing but till date we have not got any service and even when we contact with them they asking for charge.                               Really feel cheated sir. My samsung s7 edge wort rs 55000 is not turning on after i did software update. Software updates are provided by samsung itself, how am i suppose to think that it will cause such a damage. I tried volume down & power key options and kept it charging for a long time but no response. Its just been 1 and half year and phone has totally stopped working by its own. Its such a flagship phone and i am facing too much problems. After six months the headphones stopped working. When i went to a samsung person to extend warranty he told me extended warranty will only cover software issues so i did not opted for that & now they are denying everything. I feel too much cheated & humiliated. I have been to service centres & they ask for a whole sum of money even though damage is caused due to update sent from samsung itself. Please help or i will never ever go for samsung & will consider a big fraud done from your end to send the update & spoil the phone & ask a wholesome of money afterwards.

                                Sir I gave my Samsung A9 pro mobile in Electronics Ngl he is the dealer for Samsung Authorized service centre in Ngl he ask me 9000rs for change display and touch .I gave 4000rs advance since for August 20 still now today they are saying me no stock .I ask my mobile return they said me we will give your mobile but no money return .I were pleased with the foolish manager he said next weak come I am wasting my time and lost my money .so friends don't buy Samsung Mobile no service available in Ngl my number [protected]

                                I was repaid my phone from Samsung care but after 1 month problem of lcd was same . I was pay 4000 cash for repair my phone . this type of service pprovided by a trusted company like samsung .

                                  I have purchased refrigerator just 3 months back. It developed technical snag - compressor goes off. I requested for replacement. They not only denied but are also not responding for last one week. Poorest of poor service. Twenty years back same thing happenned with their product. They have not improved. Never buy a samsung product. Or else will buy a shoe along with the product to us in case of a technical issue. My mobile number is [protected]. Your escalaton team is besura gaana in india

                                    I bought samsung on7 pro from amazone on 2/may/2018 for my mom.in august/2018 we wanted to insert a memory card. After inserting we realized it wasn't getting detected at all. When we tried same memory card on other phone it worked. Since it was just after 3 months of purchase we went to samsung service center located in margao-goa (Osia complex). They told us they cannot do the free repair since its a manufacturing defect. When we asked them to give the letter of service denial they denied that too. They were extremely arrogant & rude. They almost threw us out of the shop with their attitude and arrogance.
                                    They said we should have immediately exchanged the product after purchase and manufacturing defects wont be repaired later.

                                    The phone is still in the same condition.

                                    I would like to complain about 2 things here

                                    1) samsung company for not repairing/replacing our phone-which had a manufacturing defect & under warranty
                                    2) service center margao-goa for being extremely rude/arrogant

                                    Kindly look into the matter

                                      I went to service centre and asked for the software re installation. He took my mobile and asked me to wait half an hour, after half an hour he returned my mobile and said warranty void so you have to change the mother board I was very much frustrated, it is already a running mobile . How he said that after that I tried my self to install software by watching YouTube videos and I was successfully installed. Then I understood that how trained persons are at service centres 😕

                                        i (mr. Simanchal panigrahi) have purchased a samsung automatic washing machine from digi1 snehanjali, kalyan east on 27/07/2018.
                                        My invoice number is v574579 p, model no samsung w/m wa70m4000hp.

                                        I am facing problem of tearing clothes. I have already given complaint on 12th august, 2018. On 17th august, 2018 mr. Sanjay pandeyji came and gave instruction how to use machine, but my mrs. When told about clothes tearing, he told that clothes must tear infront of me.

                                        He took a complete process for washing, in wet condition the tearing was not seen. After little dry the clothes were seen teared, and i called and told to mr. Sanjay pandeyji that the clothes are yet tearing.
                                        He told me sir, i have not closed your complaint, you use for two days and tell me i will again visit and see the problem occurs or not. But on 19th august, 2018 i received a message that your compliant has been closed due customer not at home.

                                        On monday i called to mr. Sanjayji, he told i will come, but he didn't came. Again on tuesday i called him, he told i on off, you please call at service centre, they will send another executive. On 21st august, 2018. In afternoon mr. Chandan yadavji came and physically viewed machine and took the pics of teared clothes and told me our senior executive will visit, but i told within one month clothes are getting tearing i want a replacement.

                                        On 19th august, 2018 i went to digi1 snehanjali, i talked with mr. Pushparaj about this matter and told him within one clothes are tearing, i want a replacement, but he refused and told me that company will cahnge the machine, but we can't.

                                        On 27th august, 2018 mr. Tajendarji came to visit the complaint and seen the teared fabrics and again done the complete process, after completing the process, we checked the fabrics, along with old fabrics which were teared it was more teared and some new fabrics were also tored. He told i will come on wednesday and do some changes, but he didin't came.

                                        Today on 31st august, 2018 i called at service centre they to mr tajendarji will not come and from our mumbai branch executive will come today or tommorrow.

                                        But i request you to change the machine and give me the new machine. The loss which i have beared by the clothes teared, who will pay.

                                        I have told to digi1 snehanjali, that the customer is not satisfied, then how he will promote about the shop and the product he purchased.

                                        Can you tell me, how i can promote samsung is the best. Already also i have got shocked after buying samsung j5 mobile.

                                        The same company and same model is lying at my mother's house, for last six months, but they are not faced any problems.

                                        Please do the needful and changed the machine.
