The newly purchased washing machine has been making terribly loud noise since purchase. The samsung company people have come thrice and looked into it and have taken the washing machine twice but the sound hasn't decreased. The washing machine stops running in between. There is no final solution to the problem. Looks like the product itself is faulty and needs to be replaced with a new one but no action is being taken towards that end...

I lost my samsung refrigerator invoice which i had purchased last year.
The refrigerator was working excellent and suddenly it stopped working from last night.
