Mobile touch not working. Mobile display is intact and no damages. Mobile is under warranty period. Warranty certificate no. Inl2387833t. Registered contact no. [protected]. Samsung service center in burdwan refuses to repair under warranty. One mr. Ankan das, f2f engineer of samsung checked and inform that the touch connector is detouched. During his examine he broke the tempered glass protector. Thereafter i contact customer service no [protected] with details and i was informed to transfer the call to a senior then they cut the call.
