[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung smart tv which is not working

Our samsung smart tv is not working. It has happened before 2 months. We had book complain in the company at least 10 times bit the company had not resolved or complain. They are saying that the parts are not available in the company. They are saying that we will give 85000 rs but our price of tv is of 130000 rs. We have original bill of the company of tv. Either fit the parts or give us our money. We had purchase the tv before 5 years.

Updated by soni pushparaj Our home theatre was not working. The home theatre was not working before 2 months. we had book complain of home theatre in samsung company. They are telling us that the parts are not available. Or home theatre system price is 22000 Rs but they are telling that they will give 7000 Rs only. we have original bill of the product.we had purchase it before 5 years. kindly request you to solve our complaint as fast as possible.
