Please don't go and purchase the samsung split AC. It is one of the worst split Ac. I purchase Samsung split Ac 1.5 ton and it model number is AR18HC5TFURNNA in this year 2015 but from the first day we are facing same error E1 154, and it will stop working. There are around 150 times we gave called to the customer care and around 30 to 35 times engineers visited to my home and replace different part of the AC ie motor, wiring, some compreseror part also etc and they take full day for repairing it but still the problem is not resolved and AC fan is not working due to same error. There are some complaint numbers i.e [protected] raised on 18 August 15, [protected] raised on 16 September 15, [protected] raised on 25 November 15, [protected] raised on 14 oct 15, [protected] raised on 22 oct 15, [protected] raised on 28 oct 15 etc but still the issue is not resolve. We have raised the request for the replacement o[censored]nit with the new unit then also they are not taking any action and when ever we are given call to the customer care they are misguiding us and they are not taken any action and telling us that you will get the call within 4 hr but still we are not getting call from sumsung side from one month. They are thinking that after one yr we will charge the amount after warranty. So requesting you please don't go and purchase this AC otherwise you will also face same kind for problem and it will not resolve.
Purchasing Samsung AC is the wastage of money
Now they are telling that they will not replace the AC because this is not our policy and they will replace the parts only once time.
