[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung sub standard quality product | |||
I have replaced screen of samsung s7 edge from samsung service centre in march for rs 14000/- plus costrecently i had a problemwith screen not responding to touch. I gave the handset to samsung service and they suggested to change the screen again. Reference number for the casse is [protected]. With no physical damage and nor any other reason explained i wastold its technical faulty. Samsung ceo desk says its a screen and it can go bad anytime. If it iss out of warranty ie 3months you need to pay again. No one could explain me why thiss has happenend. Nor they could asssssure me that if screen is changed again this will not happen again. This is suppose to be a flagship model. Why penalise customer for no reason.in 14000 one can buy new phone. Is there anyone from samsung who can tell me is it a mistake to buy samsung mobile.
