Hi samsung team, I have trusted samsung products and i kept 60000rs. But you guys provide me worst service to me. I have request you guys from past few months for resolve my issue with less price. You guys didn't understand customer situations and demanding high amount from us. So my money is completely wasted, due to your cheap quality product fails after 1 year. I am planning to kept this tv on exchange and planning take mi 32 inch tv. I hope you guys expecting from customer same. I had very bad experience with samsung products and with team. Even chance is there to repair my tv with less price. But you guys demanding high amount from us. It's very bad experience i had these few months.
