I bought samsung u48h5100 model for 70000 rupees in 2015. It suddenly started showing small problem of shaking display. Samsung service person checked it and asked to change the panel wich will cost 40000 rupee.

It is extremely high price for the repair and unreasonable. It's been in use only for 3 years and costs more than 50% of its value.

Requesting you to help me in this situation.

Updated by [email protected] Complaint is not yet resolved. they called me saying They can give me same new tv for 15000 but letter the number is not in working and o response from their email
