Dear sir
This is in regards to the complaint of your Samsung Refrigerator bearing Model No.RT42K5468SL/TL.
As per our discussion we have offer the 50% discount on the repair cost, the total repair cost is INR.4382.
Kindly give your valuable reply so that we can proceed further and provide you the quality repair.
Our Argument: why should we pay 50% also when the defect is due to manufacturing issue. I do not understand why this bargain. We are still not happy as we need to pay 50% of the repair cost unecessarily.I guess these people create problem assuming that people who buy these high end refrigerators do not mind to pay repair cost.For the consumer interest and right i think we have right to question when the basic functionality of the refrigerator is lost.
BUT AS THE ENTIRE REFRIGERATOR STARTED MALFUNCTIONING WE ARE COMPELLED TO ACCEPT 50% WAIVER.
I STILL INSIST SAMSUNG TO CHECK WHETHER THIS IS A GAME BY MIDDLEMEN WHICH IS PUTTING SAMSUNG BRAND AT STAKE.
IF SAMSUNG CANNOT RECTIFY MANUFACTURING DEFECTS PLEASE DO NOT SELL ANY PRODUCTS IN FUTURE AS YOU WILL BE TAGGED AS WORST CONSUMER DURABLE PLAYER IN THE MARKET SHAMEFUL!!!
THE COMPLAINT STATUS IS STILL NOT RESOLVED AS THEY ARE STILL INSISTING TO PAY AMOUNT
