[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung warranty and customer service center in imphal paona bazar | |||
My j7 max that I purchase from a retail dealer had mic issues after a few months o[censored]sage. So as per warranty hoping I will get repair I went to the only service center for Samsung at Imphal. They got my device inspected and told me that I got my liquid problem as a result of my mic was damaged and not working. So I told them to repair it. they told me, " i will be charged Rs 600 and I have to sign no defaulter sign in case of the device not working? " what is this thing called I had to pay for repairing and if not work then it should my risk ? is this how Samsung work across the globe. lately, another mobile of Samsung was purchased new in my family hardly of 1-month usage the USB charging point doesn't work and they are telling the same ### of charging 800 rs and own risk signage for a device not work after repair. this zero claim workability of Samsung phone repairing needs to be ban. they will open your phone and made it void without any jobsheet.. this need to be taken thoroughly banned.
