I purchased samsung j7 on 4 june 2017 21.40pmt. At the time of seal r opened the network of the cellphone is gone after 2-3 min. & again switch on the network. Also not working their wifi. I complent samsung service centre on 6 june 2017 they only told me ur problem will be solve as early as possible but today they told me submit the charge 5900 rs. I'm not using this phone and they told me to give a charge for mob. They don't give me any replacement. Thier policy about within 14 days replacement are fake. And then i'm going to consumer court tomorrow for my genuine complent. Samsung service r not take care of their customers. I have experience. 😓 Was this information helpful? | |||
