[Resolved]  Samsung India — samsung washing machine

For last few days dirt and lime scales were coming out of my washing machine. There were no problem other than this.I called at customer care no.My request no. is [protected]. They sent an engineer named Souren to my house. After checking the machine he recommended for chemical wash only. The machine was delivered to me from workshop after chemical wash on 1st June. And after it had been delivered from the workshop my machine is not working properly such as, drain motor is not working properly, noise is coming from the valve. There were no such problem in my machine before sending it to the workshop. I called at the customer care again and they sent an engineer named Santu Bhowmik to check the machine. He said that the drain motor might not be functioning properly. And he also pointed that even after chemical wash from the workshop the dispenser box was as dirty as it was before. Next day another engineer named Ranjit Manna was sent to check the drain motor. But instead of listening to us or checking the drain motor or valve he started to do something with the wires of PCV and from that time the PCV started to malfunction. He told me that I have to change the PCV. But there were no such problem before. Even the 2 engineer who checked the machine earlier never mentioned that the PCV of my machine was malfunctioning. It was not even mentioned when it came from the workshop after chemical wash . Yesterday again I contacted the customer care and complained about this. They told me that they will send another engineer. Today also they had sent no engineer. Already 3 different engineers have visited and all 3 of them have 3 different conclusions. Every time a new engineer is coming and a new problem is being pointed out. I cannot use my machine till this date. Is there any solution of this or shall I take any other step as this trouble is disgusting me a lot.
