[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung washing machine | |||
Dear sir, i (mr. Simanchal panigrahi) have purchased a samsung automatic washing machine from digi1 snehanjali, kalyan east on 27/07/2018. My invoice number is v574579 p, model no samsung w/m wa70m4000hp. I am facing problem of tearing clothes. I have already given complaint on 12th august, 2018. On 17th august, 2018 mr. Sanjay pandeyji came and gave instruction how to use machine, but my mrs. When told about clothes tearing, he told that clothes must tear infront of me. He took a complete process for washing, in wet condition the tearing was not seen. After little dry the clothes were seen teared, and i called and told to mr. Sanjay pandeyji that the clothes are yet tearing. He told me sir, i have not closed your complaint, you use for two days and tell me i will again visit and see the problem occurs or not. But on 19th august, 2018 i received a message that your compliant has been closed due customer not at home. On monday i called to mr. Sanjayji, he told i will come, but he didn't came. Again on tuesday i called him, he told i on off, you please call at service centre, they will send another executive. On 21st august, 2018. In afternoon mr. Chandan yadavji came and physically viewed machine and took the pics of teared clothes and told me our senior executive will visit, but i told within one month clothes are getting tearing i want a replacement. On 19th august, 2018 i went to digi1 snehanjali, i talked with mr. Pushparaj about this matter and told him within one clothes are tearing, i want a replacement, but he refused and told me that company will cahnge the machine, but we can't. On 27th august, 2018 mr. Tajendarji came to visit the complaint and seen the teared fabrics and again done the complete process, after completing the process, we checked the fabrics, along with old fabrics which were teared it was more teared and some new fabrics were also tored. He told i will come on wednesday and do some changes, but he didin't came. Today on 31st august, 2018 i called at service centre they to mr tajendarji will not come and from our mumbai branch executive will come today or tommorrow. But i request you to change the machine and give me the new machine. The loss which i have beared by the clothes teared, who will pay. I have told to digi1 snehanjali, that the customer is not satisfied, then how he will promote about the shop and the product he purchased. Can you tell me, how i can promote samsung is the best. Already also i have got shocked after buying samsung j5 mobile. The same company and same model is lying at my mother's house, for last six months, but they are not faced any problems.
