I have booked a repair request for my samsung washing machine on 25th november 2019 but till today no samsung service agents have visited my place., even though my place is situated just 10km from the service centre office i. E pathanamthitta, kerala. I have repeatedly reminded the samsung customer care from past 4 days, for which they have assured the visits on each day of the call., but in vain.
