[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung washing machine wf650bobcwq/tl | |||
I purchased this machine 2.5 yrs back. Ever since i purchased it the machine had to be sent for repairs very frequently. First, the front display pcb had some issue because of which it had to be replaced costing me more than 5k rupees. Then the drum started making noise which had to be repaired again costing me more money. Now for the past one month the machine doesn't even power on. Every time the mechanic comes, does some research and trials it works for maybe an hour. The next morning it's again dead. If this is not resolved permanently in next 24 hours, i will have to take the shelter of consumer forum and seek compensation too. Was this information helpful? | |||
