Buy a samsung refrigerator from sales emporium electrocity joramandir. Deliver scarth door product.. Already 5days left nothing done by delaer and company... Just waist my money waist my time... Need action against them for customers harrassment... Sales women name rukhsana ph no: [protected] shop ph no :[protected]

And samsung end one engineer come and told i take complain for more call dealer but dealer side no response they wait for the company action..

Why i wait for it i paid money for it i don't no who resolve it... I need just replacement as soon as possible

Today dealer deliver another fresh product time 11pm...but in door I see a small taped area and i inform to deliver boy.. I don't know why they sale defective product...

Nothing happens one of Samsung executive from Delhi head office told me we change ur scratch door with new one on 21st may after that he told me we have no stock please wait till 29th may after getting we deliver you then one day they call we deliver ur door but we told them nobody in house plz come on Saturday after that we call 7-8 times no response today is Friday next Saturday come just waiste my money to buy Samsung products and worth service
