I'm great fan of samsung and a regular customer for many years. Samsung is a brand name for me. Recently i bought your newly launched NOTE 9 on 22 Aug 18 by pre-booking. It was my most expensive mobile till date.
But with in a week of delivery I found some problem in its camera. I back to the bajaj electronic store to resolve the issue they direct me to customer care, your very casual customer service didn't guide me well now when I asking for replacement of my new purchase they are denying.
Sir, I had a very good faith on Samsung but now it troubling me a lot. Now i decided to file a police as well as consumer court complain against your company. I'm very disheartened from your customer service. I still have faith on higher authorities of the company that they might take my issue seriously and resolve my case.
