[Resolved] Samsung India — Semi - Automatic Washing Machine | |||
I have bought this machine on 29.10.2015 with two years warranty for my temporary residential work place to manage well my household works to save time and energy. But what i actually received is a headache to waste time, money and energy. the machine started troubling after a few days. i submitted a complaint. the engineers visited the place and checked it thoroughly after opening its main parts and assembled back. they said its due to light fluctuation. i again submitted a complaint. the head engineers visited the place and checked it thoroughly after opening its main parts and assembled back. then a part - drier tub machine was replaced and again they opened the machine. now the machine was working well. I was happy. but this happiness did not last long as after some time the wash tub machine stopped working. again the engineers visited and checked it thoroughly after opening its main parts and assembled back. they said its due to light fluctuation. i again submitted a complaint. the head engineers visited the place and checked it thoroughly after opening its main parts and assembled back. Now the screw handling wholes are damaged because of opening and reopening of the machine. I requested them telephonically a number of times to find a permanent solution. the machine has got damaged due to frequent reopenings. They are arguing that its due to light issue. The company has put a new part in the new models which let the machine stop on high or low voltage and suggested to let the light corrected i requested them that light supply is not in my hand. its the same supply for all o[censored]s. if this machine cannot work with light fluctuation resistance. its useless for customers in India. But did not listen to my complaint and i am facing the same problem. the machine stops working at any time and got damaged due to frequent openings. Every time the engineers visited I have to spend a lot of time in filing complaints, taking their calls even during my working hours, waiting for their visits and attending them. So i stopped calling customer helpline due to sever mental and physical harassment as it seems they are trying to pass 2 yrs warranty period. I rarely use the product as most of the time i don't do washing at home but the awakened customer in me forced to me to make a complaint for the sake of other buyers of samsung products which don't suit to Indian conditions.
