[Resolved] Samsung India — service | |||
My new samsung phone was not working properly so today (22.08.17) i was went to samsung service center located at diamondharbour, south 24 pgs, west bnegal at 5:30 pm. But representative was diaagree to accept my complain. As per him after 5pm no complain cannot proceed from service center and it is rule by company. But at the main entrance of the service center office time mentioning from 10am to 7 pm. So, i think representative create his own rule. Was this information helpful? | |||
