[Resolved]  Samsung India — Service center not solve charging problem in galaxy S6

Dear sir,

there is a service centre of samsung mobile india named solution Provider at F-138, Dhanshree tower-1, central spin, vidhyadhar nagar Jaipur-302014 . i had given my mobile phone samsung model no SM-G9251ZKAINU dated on 20/12/2016, We are facing Charging problem. We told to service engineer to solve this problem & service engineer told me that this problem will solve next days its normal defect we have visit again next day he told me that you will collect in evening, again we go to service centre in evening till time mobile was not complete. but till day they replied me that there is a fault in the mother board of phone and we have to replace the mother board of the above said mobile and it will take15 to 20 days.& price will be charges 15000.

This is not fare if he could not repair mobile so why are you misguide to customer
I am very much dissatisfied with the service and behaviour of people working over their in samsung mobile service center. We have contact to service center day by day but there are no response from their side. Charging problem normaly in my mobile.
