[Resolved] Samsung India — Service centre harassment | |||||
Sir This is to bring to your notice that I had bought Samsung note 4 mobile phone last year which started creating problems after few months. I informed the Samsung service centre, Patiala. But no solution was provided even after repeated complaints. Unfortunately, The phone stopped working on third of January 2017. I went to the service centre on fourth but they asked me to come back on fifth and deposited my phone on the same day. I was asked to collect the phone on seventh but I had to go there six times but neither my phone was repaired nor I was provided any solution . I was asked to contact Samsung customer care which I did. But even at Samsung customer care I was not provided any solution even after calling them many times. Either they put my call on hold are used to hang up every time. Even after 21 days of harassment I haven't been provided my phone back or or a replacement phone as I was promised.
