[Resolved] Samsung India — Service centre harassment; excessive delay in resolving the issue. | |||
Bill no: [protected]; i submitted my mobile at samsung service centre on 6/5/17 and it is yet to be delivered. How long does it take to change only a touch screen? Moreover, they do n't call from the centre. On 27th may, when i visited the service centre, i was informed that the part which they had ordered from kolkata was sent wrongly. It did not fit in my set so i had to wait for more seven days. I am still waiting!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
