[Resolved] Samsung India — service complaint | |||
I've bought a fridge from your farmgate branch, dhaka, bangladesh on date mentioned. I'm a regular samsung product user. I've bought tv, oven from your company. But in case of fridge on the 3rd year it's creating problems. I've already serviced by your team 2 months ago and now again it is showing same problem. I must say your your service is not up to the mark. Because they are saying it may take 3~15 days to get the parts that are required. If this type of service you provide worldwide than i'm sorry to say that i can no longer use your product or recommend it to others. And if you think you can resolve my problem asap than please do so to regain my belief on samsung. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
