[Resolved] Samsung India — service denied stating parts not available | |||
I have a led tv which was working fine till recently. It used give power up problems sometimes. Otherwise it used work and power up regularly. Recently i raised a repair request and the service engineer visited. He took the boards (Both two boards), then he comes back and tells it can not be repaired. He even suggests buy a new tv, it is too old. Call centre is worse one operator ms. Naglakshmi says, i can not help you. And even no complains can be raised. I need to take it to next level.
