[Resolved]  Samsung India — Service engineer not answer my question even responsibility

We called your network for a complaint in out TV your service engineer come here and told that was a remote control problem we changed that one after that the sensor may problem we should want to check that he told and he get his service charge from us after one week he came back and changed that again it not working he told the board want to change and check shall I order I say OK to him he get order from us but the product was we didn't bring it self now he took the order from us more than 15 days after we complaint to your voice customer care after the day he called in the night and he came to repair that we are not in home next day you can come I told him next day he called us and he come here in one hour I wait for him more than 5 hours after that I have a work so I go for that after that he came back and Ask"I'm here where are you " I told him I'm just now come out for a work he told he come next day and today I called him and ask when you come he replied me our shop work yet not reached after they come I will call you he says after 2hours again I called him ask when he told he could not say time what he come to tell in this we wait for when come and do his work if he think we don't have any work I jobless
