I Ratan singh bought samsung j7 on 19 june 2016 0nly and its display prblm started and finally in aug 1st week it has gone.i had visite B2X Samsung centre laxmi nagar and they said its display have to change and its not available right now and u have to wait and before coming to centre u just enquire about it whether it has come or not .i had done the same now they are saying u have visited to under service center .we cannt do this.i talk to samsung servise cell tollfree no and they said to go there and asked to create jobsheet and submitt ur mobile but they didnt do it.I fade up and visited to maa communication samsung sevice center in kotla, first they have servsr issue, so they asked me to visit another day, i visited once again and came to know that its display cost rs 6000 and its not cover under warranty.i am simply asking whether its my fault that i trusted your brand and buy it .is it my mistake if my getting wrong product.i was using my cell with proper care and not damage it at all.but still facing so much prblm

    Its been more than 3 months that i am looking for a note edge battery but still my problem is not solved. I have seached all the service center but still i cannot get a new battery for my samsung note edge. i have written number of mails to which i have just been assured that my problem will be solved but its not yet solved.
    My battery is not working properly and according to the service center i have been asked to purchase a new battery but the battery of my model is not available in any of the service center. It is an expense handset and if the company cannot provide me with a new battery then they should provide me with a new handset of equivalent price.

      I am coming to samsung customer care from july to change my battery &receiver.customer care said they ordered receiver they have change it in aug but battery has not come up i have waited till battery comeup in service center when my battery came my warranty got expired now service center is saying it is out of warranty now cant change the battery this is ridiculous .I was constantly followingup with service center whether battery has comeup or not always she used to say it has not come .its only week after my warranty got expired nw they cant change my battery..this is lame excuse they are taking it.I have made request for changing my battery before my warranty got expired if they are taking so much time to order battery than that is not my fault.for enqiring about battery has come up or not i always used to call service center.no duty on service center to update the customer about it and also when customer is calling they cant even give the right infomation that your requested product has come.phone model is samsung galaxy j7 service center i m referring is of mulund west ..customer care executive working over there are komal, priyanka mistry &some more.Totally samsung phone is worst to take when there is no proper service.

        I bought a samsung mobile from one of samsung-store in delhi (India) on 3rd aug 2016. On that time samsung-store sales person told me that this mobile has 1 years warranty and if anything happened in this mobile, you will get repaired from any samsung service centre. Coincidentally my mobile’s screen touch pad was stopped working since 4th sep’2016 (Within warranty period). I approached samsung service centre east delhi preet vihar, delhi -110092 on 5th sep'16 and hand over the mobile. My first experience was also not good with samsung service centre because they were not entertain me properly and was not listening me properly but still after my so many request from my side they took my phone and told me there is a moisture in my phone and it need to be replaced and you need to pay around rs.7k. I told them it never goes wet with water i always take care properly. But they didn’t listen me and given back my mobile.
        I just want to know what sort of warranty you guys are providing to customer when you cannot rectify my mobile issue. I took this phone in rs. 16300/-. Why should i take this much expensive phone when you guys giving this sort of ridicules warranty condition?
        Is this the customer service & after sales service providing by samsung (Which i thought was a big international brand). I am really very unhappy with the service and i will really never recommend any person to take samsung mobile or any products and also don't recommend any body. If i will not get my mobile with fine condition after repair i will go to consumer court for my consumer right. Attaching the invoice of my mobile.

          My fridge compressor was changed n replaced with smaller capacity compressor

              I Purchase a proudct Juicer Mixer Grinder from a
              person, he says that he is a truck driver of samsung.
              For their expenses they sell some products like that. he
              showed me samsung juicer mixer grinder cost around
              Rs.4200.
              the total package is samsung box. and samsung
              warranty card, samsung mixy, no one can't believe it
              is a fraud product, he said that we are giving at half of
              the price, finally he said that i will give u at a cost of
              Rs. 1500 .
              i bought that as a middle class person, it comes as
              cheap by price. after he left, i come to know there is
              no cleaning brush in the box as it is mentioned in
              booklet.
              when i gone to purchase that one, i come to know
              there is no such mixer grinders from Samsung.
              then i come to know, i got cheated.
              BE AWARE MY FRIENDS, dont believe anyone, LIKE

                Dear team

                I am writing this email to show my dissatisfaction regarding the service which i recently got from service centre in ajmer rajasthan.

                I have some issue with my device (S7 edge) the display started blink, so i contacted so called service centre in ajmer which is in my view are useless if they can't even resolve this simple issue.

                They was just making it delay from the past 30 days. Whenever i call them they just reply just by texting "i am in a meeting" or "i am driving" or any other such excuses.

                So i was forced to write this email. I have even attached my conversation with them through texts. Please check attached the screenshots then you will get to know my current situation. I am feeling helpless after buying this samsung mobile. I am again requesting to help me asap otherwise i will be forced to make it social over the social networking sites.

                Here find few attachment which might help you to serve the issue and problem which i am facing seems long.

                  I bought an samsung washing machine with front load from an authorized dealer, Vijay Sales, Preet Vihar, New delhi, in Oct 2014. it stopped working on 8th of August 16. When I inform this to the samsung customer care, he got it checked and told me that some unit is faulty and need to repair. Since the machine has a guarantee of 02 years, I asked him to replace it. But no action has been taken after several remainders from me (Two technicians visited but they really dnt know what to do). Hence I bring this situation to your attention as you have good reputation in Indian markets. I believe I would get a quick response from you and get it replaced. I have enclosed the copies of Invoice for your reference . Thank you in advance.

                      I purchased a SAMSUNG FRIDGE in 2012 from Chennai.Now the cooling was not effective. when we called Service Technician, he had visited, checked and informed that it cannot be repaired if there is Leak and advising to replace it with new one.
                      I spent Rs. 52000/- Rupees Fifty Two thousand and purchased the Fridge. I am a NRI and working in Abudhabi, with so many SAmsung Engineers. They are so good that unless they solve the problem thy won't be quite.
                      But in Chennai I am getting negative response.
                      It is samsung's reputation to solve the problem.
                      Please send proper Engineer and repair the fridge.I expect urgent response.

                          Hi this is my complaint no [protected].
                          I have registered my complaint on 22nd of agaust. My phone battery is not working properly. I have requested to provide me a new battery so i can buy . But there is no action taken on my complait. I have been to sparkle service centre sec 22 d. Sco 3009, 3010 chandigarh. They said can't help me in this . Even customer care talked woth sparkle manager . He straight way said no to them as well and said we can't get you a battery. It means my phone is piece of waste know...
                          Then i called another customer service center. Phase 5 mohali sco 48 above haveli .
                          Kumar was the manager . I requested him about battery. He was very rude with me . He straight way said i don't care about samsu g go to hell and register a complaint with anyone. I do not care. I registered a complaint against him on 22nd aug. But till now there is no action has been taken and my problem is still same.

                            Since more than 25 days have elapsed from the date of first complaint by email and so many times given a call to customer care but I am yet to receive any communication and today I was shocked when I make a call to customer care and found that my complaint has been closed as according to them it has been resolved. It seems executive are not interested in resolving complaints of a customer. They are simply providing a reference number at the time of complain and after sometime automatically complain get closed without any resolution and that too without any confirmation from a customer. This is the reason of ranking as 4%. Simlply unreliable company.

                              I bought a 40 inch led tv in last year July.After 3 months, sound was not coming.An engineer came and replaced it.
                              Now suddenly video is not coming.Called the toll free no and they are asking that you hv to pay a sum of approx 1500 just to check the issue then if problem arises i hv to spent Rs18000 to replace the video system.
                              i just want to knw that what parts u r manufacturing. You are cheating people like this???Firstly we will purchase tv worth Rs45000 then again we will invest to change the parts that too in 13 months??

                                I have purchase a new samsung J-2 mobile on dated 07th September 2016, IMEI no- [protected], [protected], amount of Rs- 7600/-, dealar adreess:- Imagine store, shop no9.L.S.C, DDA market, Pushpa Bhavan, Madangir, New Delhi-110062, After came to my house i checked my new mobile and observed it was some scratch in my new mobile. Immediately i have to visited to the shop, but dealer was informed i have not change your mobile, please vitit to samsung service center, Then i have to visited Okhla service center but they are refused to change my mobile and threat me. I request to you please look into the matter

                                  No one is able to solve this problem In India .
                                  After 1 year of purchasing this product I was facing regular problem of that water is not evaporating in rainy / humid days from june-september for four months we have to manually suck out water with the help of a injection & small pipe every night so water will not scatter on floor .
                                  they are not solving my problem but asking for money when they told that this is our Design problem & can not be solved & also suggest that it is a natural phenomena in humid days all our fridge are facing the same problem.It is laughable .
                                  Engineer from samsung said that we have to change the design of the pipe which is attached with compressor & Refill Gas & I have to pay 4000 rs. for that . Sir I want to say that if this is design problem then why should I pay .I will not allowed them to do R & D on my fridge.

                                    Dear Sir, I am having samsung J7 mobile baught on 8th Nov 2015. some days back suddenly its display gone blank on middle of the screen after one day it completely got blank. Although phone is not dropped and also there is no external damage to the phone. I went to service center they told that display is being pressed and replacement of display is required. Replacement of display not covered under warrantee and it will cost around Rs. 6000/-
                                    samsung service center put my mobile service under category "damage by customer" although this case comes under the category failure of workmanship because they have not companded display and touch pad properly. Display problem is coming in mostly J series of the samsung mobiles. pl put my problem to samsung to resolve issue.

                                        With great disappointment and dismay, I would like to bring this "UNPLEASANT & UNPROFESSIONAL" experience by your Authorized Samsung Service Center, which address is Shop No.8/9/10, Sai Arpan Bldg., Sai Complex, Nr. PG Vora School, Mira Road(E), Dist. Thane – 401107, Tel:[protected] / 65650668, E-mail: kalpataru.[protected]@gmail.com.
                                        Service Engineer: Mr. Abdul.
                                        Pls note that my Samsung refrigerator stopped working due to no cooling in June’16 and for same i managed to contact on customer service toll free no and registered my compliant to check the exact issue. Compliant no. [protected] was provided on 08-July-2016 and Service Engineer attended the fridge at home on 10-July-2016 and after checking found the exact issue that the compressor is in-operational and required to be replaced. For same have paid the 340 rupees of attendance charges and also I have signed the service report which has mentioned that the compressor required to replace with realy switch.
                                        As per Service Engineer: Mr. Abdul recommendation, I confirmed him to replace the compressor and estimated cost Rupees 2200/- (compressor and relay switch) was advised under warranty of compressor. He told me that we have to pay 5000 rupees for the one shot and rest of the amount will be reimbursed after the repair completed.
                                        He told me that it will take time to order the compressor and will update once received.
                                        Calls were made to him but was not picked up by the service engineer to know the status of progress on this issue. Later i was able to communicate him and he told me that he need the copy of bill is required.
                                        For same I called up again to Samsung service Toll free customer care and asked him to provide the copy of bill to your service center. Still no bill was provided to service center.
                                        Then I requested to my Samsung dealer to provide the bill, which I received and same was provided to the service center, then Service Engineer: Mr. Abdul promised to replace the compressor on 07-Sep-2016, but on 06-Sep-2016 he refused to do the replacement with no reason.
                                        I was really surprised about the Service Center reply upon denied to do the replacement under warranty and was asking to do the replacement without warranty which cost is 10, 500 rupees for the refrigerator which is still under warranty and purchased date is 16-July-2016 and refrigerator stopped working in June’16.
                                        I also had called up on you toll free no on 07-Sep-2016 and they promised me to reply by today 08-sep-2016, but so far no reply from your end.
                                        In view above I am writing this matter to you.
                                        Shall await for your positive response on above and not to have any more harassment to me.
