[Resolved] Samsung India — service engineer unable to provide any service | |||
I was registered my complaint on 17th november 2018, i don't know what was the wrong with him they (Customer care service) cancelled my complaint. And again they provide and registered new complaint number on 21st november 2018 to me, this time they said daily "service engineer call to you by tomorrow and he provided repair to your product" these kind of words they told from 21st november 2018 onwards. Till now my service request is unrepaired (7 days completed). Now i actually feeling there is no service from samsung because of infair answers from samsung. Was this information helpful? | |||
